Wonderful host and cozy condo!
My friends and I had a great time at Lory's property! She was a very responsive host and the cozy condo was exactly as listed. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a bunch of meals at the condo. The heaters and fireplace worked great and kept us all warm in the snowy weather. Lory also gave us a late checkout so we were able to fully enjoy our last day in Mammoth. Highly recommend booking this property!

Family trip
Lory’s condo was absolutely beautiful and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spend the a long weekend in the mountains. The host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. She gave clear instructions on how to access the amenities on site, as well as the town shuttle. We had a fantastic trip and would love to stay there again!

Mammoth film festival prime stay
This place was amazing for our stay for mammoth film festival! Such an easy check in and any questions I had before we checked in were answered promptly! We were almost snowed in and they were very accommodating for if that situation were to happen! Absolutely will book again!

Comfortable condo
I booked this condo for a fun 4 day getaway. It was myself, husband, parents and our best friends. This condo was very comfortable for 6 adults. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. We will stay here again.

Comfortable winter cabin with modern amenities
A gem of a winter rental home! Easily the most well stocked vacation home I’ve ever rented with seemingly every amenity any family could need. Super responsive and helpful host made check-in/out a breeze, really felt like they wanted our vacation to be the best it could be. Would gladly stay here again!

Mammoth ski vacation
Great location. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults and ski equipment. Great wood burning stove with unlimited fire wood. Newly remodeled kitchen with all necessary appliances. Parking was tough largely due to record snowfall, but the property is conveniently located on the Green line and walking distance to shopping

Awesome stay
Place was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Great communications from the owner and super easy check in. Right next to a shuttle stop to get to mammoth and great jacuzzis on site. Definitely recommend.

Great Condo and Perfect Location
The condo was the perfect place to stay for the Mammoth Tuff event. Everything was as advertised and was everything we could ask for a place to relax before and after the bike ride. It comfortably fit five guys and our bikes (locked on the patio of course). We would definitely stay there again next year.

This property was perfect for our work needs for the Bluesapalooza festival. It was spacious and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with for cooking. The property owner communicated well and check-in/out was very easy.

Great Condo/Great Location
We rented this condo for the week while our son raced the mammoth motocross. Great location, close to track, Vons and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen fully stocked and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Very generous in offering late checkout. Had a great time and will definitely be back next year!

Comfortable, Great Location
The unit was easy to access and very clean when we arrived. It is centrally located with easy access to public transportation offering free bus service around town, including access points for ski lifts. Additional blankets would have been helpful the first night, when the unit was warming up, but it was comfortable after that. Nearby grocery store (Vons) and Tesla charging were also convenient and within walking distance. Lory was very responsive to any questions. Overall a great stay.

Hi Caitlin, Thank you for you review of our townhome. I was headed to Mammoth with all new blankets that are warmer and the ones there will be used for extras as needed. Unfortunately our trip to Mammoth was cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and I have not been able to reschedule right away. If you use are townhome again you will find warmer and enough blankets. The manager was supposed to turn up the heaters before you arrived and for some reason that did not happen. I apologize for the cold first night.

Midtown Mammoth Getaway
Two Dads and their grown sons felt right at home in this clean, convenient and well maintained condo. Kitchen was well appointed, nice cooking supplies, updated bathrooms, and nice complex too. Beds were great and nice TV’s. Daily trips super the main lodge were no big deal with the central location in old town mammoth. Our sons skied and we worked remotely and the internet was great even while using all our phones, laptops and gaming simultaneously. Lory the host was great to work with and always available and we are already planning our next guys trip.

We absolutely loved this place. Centrally located to shopping,coffee shops, hiking, etc. A short drive and you can be exploring Mammoth Mountain. Very cozy!!!

Beautiful redecorated condo
We like the location of Sierra park villas. We have stayed in other units, but we think this one is great. Kitchen is newly done, the fireplace is easy to use, the bathrooms have wonderful towels. We didn’t have access to the jacuzzi, because of COVID limitations, but next time!

Great place!!
Lory was very easy to deal with, made check in a breeze! The place is updated and tasteful, nicer than most in Mammoth. Location was awesome, near shopping and the bus line, you could go your whole stay without using your vehicle. Will definitely rent from Lory again!

Exceptional Vacation
I took the family up to ski for the week. The trip could not have gone any better. The property location is exceptional. 5 minutes from Eagle and 10 from the Main Lodge. Shuttle stops on the property and dining is easily walkable. Everything you need is right across the street. The property itself was great. Parking was never an issue. Inside, everything was super clean. The setup is great. Couches and chairs were comfortable. There is a large dining table and plenty of chairs. Giant TVs in every room. Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets available - not to mention loads of paper towels, toilet paper and dish towels. Wifi worked great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would ever need. Full size fridge and dishwasher. You won't need to bring anything for the kitchen. They have individual thermostats in every room. They also have a wood burning heater that was really cool. Decorations are modern and, again, everything worked as hoped. Making the reservation and checking in was a breeze. I had one quick question for the owner and he answered immediately. Super nice guy. 5 STAR TRIP! Can't wait to go back and stay there again.

Great Stay
This Was A Beautiful Home, Cozy And Well Remodeled. The Location Was Excellent, The Only Issue We Had Was That We Were Told That There Home Was For 8 Guests, But There Weren't 8 Chairs Around The Table To Have A New Years Dinner Properly With All 8 Family Members, We Had To Use Our Mini Fridge We Brought With Us For The 8th Member. Other Than That It Was A Great Stay. Thanks.

Hi Gabriel, Our bench on one side of the table does fit three but if it is tight for the group we do have two dining room chairs by the front door and a comfortable folding chair in the pantry cabinet next to the refrigerator. Great getaway!
Our family had a short stay between Christmas and the New Year. We really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to Old Mammoth Road shopping and restaurants. In the past, we’ve always stayed in the village which is also great but this property was an awesome value exp for our family of 6. Communication from the owner was fantastic. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.

This property is well maintained with more than enough space for my family of 4. The kids loved the 3rd floor loft while we all enjoyed staying in with the wood stove and comfortable living area. Also only 5 minutes from the Canyon lift. Overall a great stay!

GREAT VACATION!
Booking through check-out - not a single hiccup! Great communication with Lory: responded quickly, answered all my questions, and delivered all the necessary info promptly. This condo is really nice. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. It's bright and clean, dining/family room is big enough for all guests and well equipped if you decide to cook a dinner. Convenient parking and location is awesome! Everything you need is within a mile or less. Truly a 5 star location! Many thanks to Lory from all of us!!

Everything was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Condo is in a great location - we walked to restaurants a couple of times. Spacious, clean, quiet - nice kitchen, upgrades, TV's work! Overall great condo and will stay here again. Owners very quick to get back on questions through app or text.

Working from Mammoth Lake!
We used this place for recent "working from the vacation destination" trip. High speed internet is definitely a plus for us. Property owner answered any question/request promptly, this help us to gain flexibility to plan the trip. I would love to come back to this place again..
