Wonderful Stay
This place could not have been any better for our family and the owner was extremely easy to communicate with throughout our stay. This place met and exceeded our expectations and made taking 3 young kids to Mammoth for snowboarding much easier on us as parents! The location was ideal and the lockers and parking a huge benefit! The kids loved being able to swim in the "hot pool" at the end of a snow filled day. We hope to make this an annual trip!

Amazing condo in the Village at Mammoth
We LOVED this stay. The condo is very updated, per the photos. Roomy and comfortable. Great views from top floor of the Village in the main building (High Sierra Lodge) overlooking the pool area. Check in was a breeze and the owner is very responsive. Short walk to the gondola to go up to Canyon Lodge base, and there is a ski locker in the garage of the building to store everything. If you want to ski or just experience Mammoth this is a fabulous place to stay. We will be back!

Amazing stay!
We had a wonderful family vacation here. Being in the Village makes such a difference allowing to enjoy restaurants and gondola up to the mountain with ease. The unit is well appointed and fully renovated. The instructions for check in and out were clear and helpful. We will be returning!

Great stay
Great clean place! Loved it! Only three of us stayed but large enough for 3 more. Always love the covered parking garage. Location in the village means we never drove anywhere once there. Walked to the gondola for skiing, walked to dinner and walked to coffee. Will book again!

Great Return Visit!
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and it was just as great as we remembered it to be! David is so kind and communicative. The condo is lovely, spacious and so central to everything. We had a great stay and I'm sure we'll be back.

Lovely Village Apartment
This is a wonderful recently rennovated apartment in the Grand Sierra Lodge of Mammoth Village. It is well equipped and very comfortable. One of the recently renovated bathtubs decided it didn't want to hold water but we eventually managed to get it to work. The lack of access to a luggage trolley was a bit disconcerting (since it's rented through VRBO) but we had a great stay.

There was no issue with bathtub. The guest didn’t understand how to use bathtub drain. On-site manager helped the guest with how to use bathtub drain. The hotel usually lets people use the luggage cart and not sure why this guest couldn’t use it.

Excellent unit, minor hiccup with housekeeping however David resolved ASAP. We have stayed at 4 different units with other owners and this one rates the best.

We’ll be back!
This property was everything that was advertised. The location is right in the Village, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The owner’s instructions were easy to follow. The building is well maintained. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. The views from the condo were breathtaking. And the condo itself was roomy, clean, and well appointed. This made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our visit was too short, and we look forward to returning again.

Excellent location and accommodations
The condo is just as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable for our entire stay. It worked perfectly for our family of five, being able to walk downstairs and go to the pool, restaurants, and hear entertainment from the balcony were huge perks. Beds were comfortable and temperature was kept cool with two air conditioning units during August, however the outdoor temperature was just fine to open the windows during the week when it's quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and apartment!
We had an amazing stay at this property and will certainly book again. David was always keeping in touch and checking on us. The apartment was beautifully decorated and included all things we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful and the location was the best! Even the sofa bed was very comfy! Highly recommend!!

Summer Stay in Mammoth Village
My family & I stayed in this unit for a week from the end of June to early July. The unit was exactly as described in the posting and the host was responsive to questions about the property. You cannot beat the location. Given that the unit is in the heart of the village there is a level of noise to be expected but once the windows are closed you can't hear anything outside the unit. Will 100% look to rent this unit again for future stays!

Wonderful Unit in Mammoth Village
Top notch unit. My wife and I (and a friend) rented this unit for some spring skiing at Mammoth. Pricing is affordable at this time of year as otherwise unit is beyond what I like to pay. Everything wonderful in the unit. David, the owner, cares about your experience. Complex has two wonderful and appropriately hot spas (104 degrees.. a rarity… and not over chlorinated). And a large pool heated at 84degrees. Recommend this unit if it is in your budget!

Wonderful Condo & Easy Access to Lifts
Walk into large sunlit windows which give you panoramic views of the mountains and The Village. The living room has a comfortable, large L shaped leather couch and a large flatscreen TV. The open floor plan of the kitchen overlooking the LR makes the room feel even larger. The large MB has a comfortable K bed. The bathroom is large. Hair products & blower are supplied. The 2nd BR has comfortable Q bunkbeds. Walk 4 minutes to the gondola, 2-4 minutes to many restaurants and a mini grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.

We stay at the Mammoth Village properties frequently for the convenience to restaurants, the gondola and underground parking. David’s condo is one of the best. Very roomy. Up to date decor and appliances. Great views. Quiet. And a terrific, responsive host. We will certainly stay here again.

Wonderful Village property
Wonderful village property. Communication with the property manager was the best we’ve ever experienced. Loved the ease of the check-in / out process. Overall a very nice stay. Great early ski season stay
My wife and I stayed at the property in the first week of December and had an excellent experience. The property is well equipped and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location on the top floor has great views and helps with noise (there is some noise on Friday and Saturday nights, but is not generally a problem). We enjoyed eating in the unit and watching movies. The situation for skiers is convenient, with good access to the village gondola. Our host was professional and responsive. The unit had everything we needed and even some thoughtful extras. We would be happy to return.

Great early winter vacation!
The condo is in a great location, spacious and very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home away from home. It is central to the village activities while being very quiet. You can either stay in or enjoy the restaurants and shops around. The gondola to Canyon lodge is only a few steps away. David is a very nice host. Thanks again for hosting us! We hope to come back.

Perfect location!

Great Location
We were on our way to Yosemite Valley to camp and decided to stay here for a couple of nights. Wished we stayed longer. Mammoth was beautiful and this place didn't disappoint. we got smoked out of Yosemite after 4 nights. Looking back should have stayed longer in Mammoth at this property. Again Perfect location and had everything that our family needed. Thank You

Perfect for summer
We stayed here with our two children (both under age 8), and you can't beat the location and amenities. The unit is beautiful, with views of the main village and pool. Everything you need is in walking distance, and the heated pool and spa were a huge hit with our kids after a morning of hiking. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for family meals. Coin laundry was available in the building, and super easy to access. It was a great week, and we would definitely stay here again.

Three nights
We have stayed in the Village several times in other units. I prefer this unit due to the larger size for a 2 bedroom, the top floor and the view . Very clean. Easy check in/out.
