“Elevator not working, restaurant closed due to work on the kitchen, was given a room on 2nd floor way at the end of a long hallway, but no one available to help me with my bag. Asked the desk attendant for a handicap room on the first floor (I’m 86), but they wouldn’t accommodate me because I booked & paid through Expedia. Room wasn’t maintained - bedspread was unraveled at the bottom, TV wasnt working (they did get maintenance to come fix it), bathroom wasn’t in good condition, etc etc etc. ……

“Absolutely beautiful hotel! We stayed at room #5 which was a stand alone unit so it was basically like a little apartment. It had a beautiful interior and a fully stocked kitchen as well. The owner Jantzen was super friendly and helpful. The whole property was gorgeous. The next we come to Marfa we will be staying here again for sure!”
