"The property was true to its description, very clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The carts and the elevator made it easy to move in. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony to watch the moon risings. The southeastern angle of the view was perfect. I wish the TV had an antenna so that we could screen in the local stations, like I do at home. But we managed with our computer. Overall, it was a great condo and deserved a 5 rating in every respect."

"We are new fans of this resort, Ocean Hammock at Cinnamon Beach—and now of this condo! Words can’t describe the HUGE views from the den/master and balcony— sunrise and sunset are both breathtaking, and we saw dolphins daily—& there’s room and furniture out there for the whole family! Even on our rain day, we were able to eat and play cards on the balcony while watching the storm pass. The condo itself is also enormous (& my husband and I brought 4 grown teens with us, so that’s saying something)...

"I have been coming to at Augustine for 34 years have always stayed on the ocean side in a small complex. Point mantanza was wonderful small complex,beautiful scenery wildlife dolphins,manatees I would recommend this highly close to everything and quiet cannot wait to book again. ❤️This place"

"Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it."

"We were a group of two families and really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is decorated really well and you can tell they have a lot of pride and in their home- so many thoughtful touches throughout to provide for a wonderful stay. Dani with Euphoria was outstanding! Her customer service attention to detail is top notch and her quick responses where very appreciated. St. Augustine is a history rich area and we enjoyed exploring here. Thanks!"

Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. We really appreciate this unit and dealing with Jeff, the owner. 🏖👍"

"The unit was actually bigger than I thought it would be, felt like home away from home! Very neat and clean upon arrival!! It was nice to sit on the back patio to watch the sunrise, birds fly and hear the ocean. Short walk across A1A to the beach, not crowded at all being Spring Break. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will consider booking again in the future!!"

I appreciated the communication about what supplies were provided, so I could plan accordingly. St. Augustine city and beach were wonderful and we hope to return to stay here again."
