We stayed over a long weekend attending a wedding.
Very nice large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable living room, large screen TV. Convenient location to golf and restaurant. Well equipped kitchen.

Cape family vacation
We (girls 7 and 10, my husband and I) had a great vacation at Ethan's New Seabury Condo. The place is perfect for a family--spacious but cozy, well appointed but not cluttered. Very close to South Cape Beach, Popponesset Inn, Mashpee Commons, etc. Ethan was cordial and responsive, and everything was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Great spot
Great weekend getaway. Comfortable condo for 4 adults each bedroom has own full bathroom. Nice outside patio o er looking a green on golf course. It’s a little tricky finding it lots of condos and streets but we did find it. Ethan the host was great answering all questions quickly. Make sure to have drinks / dinner at the country club great food and big martinis!

Great Cape Getaway
Very cute 2 bedroom condo in a beautiful New Seabury neighborhood. This unit sits right on a golf course and feels very safe. We were there for Thanksgiving so didn't do beach time, but we did go to South Cape to look at the ocean. It's super convenient to Mashpee Commons where there are tons of good restaurants and shops. Enjoy!

Served its purpose
We were there for a short time. Owner accomodated an early checkin which we appreciated. I would suggest the owner streamline the property by ridding of property of family photos , knick knacks , excess foods except basics (salt pepper a couple of basic seasonings) . There was also alot of "stuff" in the bedroom closets and bathroom drawers. The unit was pretty clean. This was fine for a one or two night stay but would not want it for a week. With a few small changes this would be really nice.

Cute, comfortable, and great location!
Beautiful location in the planned community of New Seabury. Condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable, particularly the beds. Short drive (or walk) to the Popponesset Markeplace (recommend breakfast sandwiches at Cape Cod Coffee). Ethan (Owner) was great with communication from start to finish to ensure our stay was great.

Thanks for staying Ángela! We just renovated the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs is clean, shiny and very useable! Of course we hope to remodel it someday as well!

The check in process was seamless and the unit itself was very clean. The AC unit seemed to be having an issue as the upstairs was putrid hot throughout our stay no matter how low we set the thermostat.

Hi Nicole, thanks for staying with us! I’m sorry you didn’t tell me this. You must have not hit zones properly on the thermostat! There’s plenty of AC in our unit. Try reaching out next time. Easy thing to help you with.

Pineapple jalapeno liqueur
Property was clean. Layout was nice. Kitchen was small but it worked well. I liked the glass dining room table. Check-in was fabulous. I had major problems at my last VRBO which required someone to come out to the property and that took a while. But this check-in was very simple and easy. And when we accidently locked the keys in the property, the back-up system worked flawlessly. Owner has been very responsive to several communications on the VRBO app. While location wasn't a factor in my choosing this property, the location was great. And the neighborhood was great. We walked to the beach, which was about a mile away. And I really liked the pineapple jalapeno liqueur. I added it to some orange juice. I will have to get my own bottle. Thanks Ethan.

Great stay for our cousins wedding!

Wonderful getaway
We had a great stay at this property over New Years! It is just as listed and cozy, clean, well stocked with everything you need, and located close to great restaurants and beaches. Ethan was so fast to respond to questions we had and had wine for us, coffee, and linens were included which to me is the BEST amenity. It makes it much easier to go away as a family. The area the townhome is situated in is perfect for walks which we did each day and even though it was winter we enjoyed the few golfers that passed by on the course in the backyard. My kids were so sad to leave but my husband and I know we will be back. It was exactky what we needed as a family.

Comfortable Getaway
This New Seabury duplex condo is very comfortable for a small family. Super clean and well set up. Despite the rainy weather, the neighborhood was perfect for walks. Small but well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook great meals and settle in over the holiday weekend. Ethan was very responsive and answered all of our (many!) questions in a timely manner.

Very well equipped property, very clean and in a very good location. For an off season stay it was perfect. As a reminder for golfers the New Seabury course is private but there are a number of nice courses within a 20 minute drive.

Great Place to Stay
This is a cute condo in a quiet neighborhood but still very accessible. Beaches, trails and Mashpee Commons is just a few mins drive. Ethan was very responsive from the time we booked the place and throughout the stay. We loved the condo and had a lot of fun exploring the area.
