“Great family owned hotel. The room wasn’t very big but it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice budget friendly hotel.”

“What a lovely, clean place to stay while visiting family nearby! This was like walking in to our warm home, so comfy and having everything we needed and more. Our pup loved the grounds (on leash!) and sniffed to his heart's delight. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise in the mornings and being from Florida we were delighted to get snow on our last day.”

“Wonderful addition to the small town of Linn MO which has grown exponentially due to State Tech College. (There are no longer any hotels and this was luxurious and convenient.) I have family who live there but need a place to stay. Wouldn't change a thing and will definitely come back.”
