“Outstanding hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Asheville and this was the best, hands down. The hotel—lobby, rooms, bar, etc—are beautiful. It is right in the center of town too, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. We will stay here again next time we are in Asheville. ”

“The hotel itself is an experience. Spectacular views from the rooftop, great nightcaps in the speakeasy, and our room was super comfy. We had our dog, who received a super plush dog bed upon arrival. Great staff and experience all the way around. Will definitely be back!”

“If you have an early flight at the airport this hotel is best. You can just walk across the street to the airport. They had a hot tub that was just what I needed to end my hiking trip. The price was fair. ”

“I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel. I only really marked down a category because the place has a somewhat dated but sophisticated feel to it (spacious rooms with lovely views with ‘popcorn style ceilings’) … Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond! “This hotel is 10/10. Our check in was smooth (we found out later it was actually the GM who checked us in), the hotel common areas and room are very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness), we had a spacious corner room, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary champagne at check in was a nice touch. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel left chocolate covered strawberries in our fridge! “The bathroom facilities were impeccable with nothing wanting. The bed was most comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The breakfast menu was excellent especially the buffet. The buffet we ate both days. The efficiency and professionalism of all the staff could not have been better.”
