There seems to be some issues with the key card elevator at times I saw staff struggle as well as once on my own technology at check-in seemed to be very challenging so the property is still working out the kinks, but the reason I did not give five stars is because I left both my Apple computer and phone charger plugged into the bed. I actually had a picture of it because I took a picture of the chair that I liked beside it as soon as I left. I got home a few hours after check-in I let a staff member know when I called who I believe was the manager. He said he would check and get back to me. I sent a picture to an email. He never got back with me then I was told to join some type of Lost and Found. I went through that whole process only to be told they were not found. I’m in the hospitality business. That’s not how you do things."
