“Hi Cheryl, a lot I say a lot of 1 to 5 star hotels. This is right up there on a five star hotel Taylor at the front desk could not have been more sweeter or kinder if she tried she was an ultimate bomb excellent employee.. It’s probably the only time I would ever consider taking a bath in a hotel tub it was that clean. There’s not a bad thing you can say about this place. If you see it stay there price point was on. Breakfast was absolutely a amazing room was just impeccable best place ever.”

“This Hotel was Great! Clean rooms, they were a little small, but thats ok for those who wont be in them much. Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink. It is in walking distance to many great shops, breweries, bars and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! ”

“Clean but not behind furniture - someone had unplugged the clock so I moved the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy behind it. Gross! Beds were fresh clean and comfortable. I figured out why they unplugged the clock no matter what you had it set on it made a humming static noise - annoying! The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing struggled. Breakfast was basic but often not stocked - staff responsive when presented with the issue. Clearly and old in need of remodeling hotel. Also the……

“We’ve stayed here a few times. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds of Asheville. Staff is excellent, the place is clean, they have continental breakfast, and a nice lounge area.”

“Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”

“Although it was obviously an older inn, it was well updated, quiet, and comfortable. This was obviously a hotel that was cared for, and if I'm ever in the area, I will try to stay there again. ”
