“We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. “Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable.
