I travel for a living and I was so impressed with Sherri and her kindness and professionalism. Overall all staffing was good but Sherri was beyond "EXCELLENT"! Thank you and I plan to revisit one of your locations in the future.

Tv does not work, the microwave smells like it’s on fire, the bed had dirty sheets and the front desk made us track down housekeeping for new sheets.

In no particular order. The property is run-down, everything dirty (even the towels). The curtains and bathroom door had what looked like dried blood on them, room heater was broken and had to change rooms, broken chair at the desk, most electrical outlets were not functional, most furniture was cheap and falling apart, desk lamp had a bulb that did not work, dogs barking in the hall at night, had to pay a $100 room deposit over the Expedia price, etc, I have never stayed at a worse hotel with a major chain name.

Pool area was dirty and there wasn’t any towels we had to use towels from our room!! the mattress in our room was horribly sunken in we ended up with back pain because if the bad mattress! The pull out bed was hard as a rock also!

Checking was at 3pm but we were not able to actually check in to our room until 5 pm because the rooms had not been cleaned yet. We did not have any towels in our room. The hot tub and pool was overcrowded and kids were diving into the pool.

Room wasn't ready till almost 2 hours after check in, breakfast wasn't ready till just before 9:00, bed was broke, many light bulbs in the room were burnt out, and the room was not like the picture online.

It was under some type of construction on 1st floor, room floors are bumpy and coming off, i was also charged a $200 deposit for a 2 star hotel, i would not recommend or stay here again!!! Warning should be posted for such ridiculous deposit 🙄

The amenoties that i checked into the hotel to use were not able to be used. The pool had chemicals in there that could cause severe bodily injury so i could not go in the pool. Couldnt go into the hottub for probably the same reasons. I used the workout area that was fine. However, when i went to get a drinkof water from the water machine they had that didnt even work. I wouldnt have even checked in if i would've known there were all these issues just with the amenities. I lifted the covers back to make sure there weren't any bugs which there wasn't but, there was a blood stain on the side of the bed. I will never come here again!

Dont even waste you time
Checked in, got keys, went to the room, someone was sleeping in it. Clearly by the smell and bags, they had been there awhile. Got put into a new room, and someone left a pee in the toilet. Not sure it was even cleaned. There was probably 20 used towels in the pool, and around the pool. Breakfast starts at 630, waited til 7, still wasnt ready, decided to grab a bagel, rock hard. Went across the street for McDonald's instead.
