Our recent stay at My Place Hotel in Moab left me with mixed feelings. While there were certain aspects that I appreciated, others fell short of expectations.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's pet policy, which was quite accommodating. As a pet owner, I was pleased to find a hotel that welcomed furry companions without imposing excessive fees or restrictions. The pet-friendly atmosphere made my stay much more enjoyable and stress-free.
However, there were some drawbacks to my experience. The room I was assigned was located beside the back entrance, which resulted in a significant amount of noise from people coming in and out of the hotel. This constant activity made it difficult for all of us including the dogs to relax and it disrupted our sleep throughout the night. While I understand that some level of noise is to be expected in a hotel environment, the proximity of my room to the back entrance although convenient to take the dogs to the relief area exacerbated the issue.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Their professionalism helped mitigate some of the issues I encountered during my stay.
