This lovely hotel is located steps from the regional train station, but it’s still a wonderful area. So convenient to the Fontaine de la Rotonde with all its cafés, shopping, tourist information and on specific days, the open markets. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is spotless, the shower is beautiful and easy to use.
A terrific bed to come home to after a day wandering Aix-en-Provence. I would definitely return here and will be recommending it to others.

Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).

Staff were friendly and welcoming however once we got to our rooms, they were very dim, we found a few spiders and the beds were not the most comfortable. Food selection was ok and you get wine included in your dinner if you go half board. We were also sent in the wrong directions for hiring paddle ...

A little gem in Provence!
Lou Paradou was a beautiful aparthotel in a gorgeous little town. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was spotless and the pool area was really nice and well maintained.
