Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

In general we really enjoyed the hotel and the services and would recommend it; but you need to be aware of few things. Karon is a bit the "family/laid back" part of phuket. If you want to party all the time Patong might be a better option for you. The hotel is far from the beach and you will need about 15 mins walking to go to the beach. The hotel has a shuttle twice a day but its only one way. If you plan to go to the beach all the time, this hotel might not be the best option. Said that, if you are more a pool type of traveller/s this is certainly one of the best options in Karon. Every room has the pool in front with your private access. The drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel (not cheap but not outrageous as they usually are) and there are wet bars on each pool that you can swim (or walk in the water) from your room. The hotel is really quiet in general and we couldn't hear any car or similar even from the pool Rooms are roomy and well furnished, with sofa area, etc.The bed is big and the mattress is Thai-type (quite hard, as everywhere in Thailand) and good quality.The bathroom is also large and has separated shower and bath. Cleaning condition of the room was spotless consistently throughout the week. On the negatives, due to the huge size of the pool you will find some "natural dirt" like leaves, sand, etc on the pool. It shouldn't bother anyone but... The breakfast is OK but certainly overpriced for 350THB per person.
