“Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

“Everything was extremely clean . The host & wife were very helpful and very nice during our mishap but handled everything perfectly and in a timely manner as best they could . Highly recommend this property & again it’s EXTREMELY CLEAN . I’m putting emphasis on that because I’ve been to plenty rentals who don’t care . I appreciated their patience . 10/10”

“Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. We also noted there were three towels, 2 small, 1 large for 2 adults staying 12 nights. We asked for more, no response. Our first……

“It is a great property—a historic building. Despite being a bit further away from Downton, it is only a 10-minute drive. This neighborhood is becoming increasingly sophisticated. Happy guests here. ”

“Property was as described. It is a historic building so the floors are squeaky (you will hear the people walking above you) and the unit retained its original charm. We only stayed a couple of days but enjoyed the location very much. In less then ten minutes we were downtown enjoy all Detroit had to offer. Beds were comfy and clean as was the rest of the space. Great stay would recommend. ”
