Upon arrival, there was major construction on the main road directly in front of the hotel, making it difficult to enter and exit the property. While the construction may not be the hotel's fault, there was very little communication from staff about alternative routes or how to navigate in and out of the parking lot safely and efficiently. The biggest disappointment was the lack of available amenities. The elevator was out of service, the pool was closed, and the jacuzzi was also closed for the entirety of my stay. These are amenities that attract many guests to choose this hotel, and I saw no change in their status during the week I was there. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated these closures before check-in or provided updates during the stay. Breakfast was another area that fell short. I understand that the hotel offers a continental breakfast, but the food was often cold, and several condiments and basic items were not stocked each morning. Something as simple as having all breakfast items available and at the proper temperature would have greatly improved the experience. The room itself was reasonably clean, but not exceptionally so. It felt like it could benefit from a deeper cleaning and some general attention to detail. The office chair in the room was especially worn and outdated, which made working from the room less comfortable than expected. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of some upgrades and better communication with guests.

This place was okay, the A/C cooled well but was loud and noisy, the shower pressure was good, there was plenty of parking, breakfast was ok. The room was a little dirty, there was hair on the towels and in the shower, the sheets had stains when the cover was lifted, and the bed was not very comfortable. Nice accomadation is if you check in online, you literally just walk up to the front desk and pick up your key upon arrival.
