Amazing property
Wonderful accommodations. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to Nashville. Could have used more garbage bags & paper products but we were just a short trip to the grocery store. Thanks for making my birthday trip so memorable.

House is incredible, location is awesome, Host is accommodating!
The house is beautiful and is as advertised. The game room is awesome, location on the river is beautiful and there is a boat ramp to launch the kayaks. The host was awesome with communication and they were very accommodating. We would definitely home back and stay again. Lots to do around and about 15 minutes from Broadway depending on traffic.

Excellent stay in the Music Valley!
We had an incredible stay at this home away from home for bachelor party weekend. The mini garage arcade was a big hit and the location on the river provided an excellent background for our weekend. The hosts were incredibly helpful with any questions and made sure we were set for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore all of Nashville!

Just perfect!
3 families totaling 6 adults and 7 children stayed comfortably in this beautiful home! The property on the river was amazing. Location was perfect for all Nashville activities (we had a dance competition at the Gaylord, explored Broadway and other sites in Downtown, went to the Nashville Zoo, and even hiked some waterfalls). The game room, kayaks, and hot tub were a huge hit for all!! The house had plenty of space for everyone. Linens, some toiletries, pots/pans, coffee maker, and a waffle maker were all provided (just to name a few). Tons of board games and cards were also in the house. The owners replied swiftly via text with any issues we had. We all enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the kids play in the grass overlooking the Cumberland River. Overall, we had a wonderful 5 day vacation thanks to this Music City River Retreat! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Retreat
Attend a conference at the Gaylord so this location was perfect! House is amazing! Plenty of room and absolutely loved the back porch. So relaxing! The game room was definitely a great bonus! The owners were easy to work with, very responsive and literally make it extremely easy and comfortable to stay here! Highly recommend!

Nashville Girls Golf Trip
The property was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a day on the golf course. The game room was so much fun! The location to Opryland was very convenient and an Uber was under $10 if you need a ride. Getting the kayaks to the river is a bit of an adventure - but doable even for a group of 60 something women. We would absolutely stay here again!

Roomy stay very close to Opryland
We had family that wanted to see daughter compete at dance nationals held at Gaylord. It was 5 minutes away and home accommodated everyone who came. We could stay and play in the pool, game room, or even on the river. Close to the mall with lots of food options, airport and downtown. Great VRBO!

Fantastic Vacation
We came to spend few days in Nashville to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with some family. Bill and Anne have a beautiful home!! We had 9 people with us, and had plenty of space. They responded with any questions I had or helped giving us few recommendations for ordering in. When we weren't in downtown Nashville on Broadway, there was so much to do at the house that we utilized (the pool, hot tub, kayaks, fishing and the most used was the garage game party room!) We even went down the road and enjoyed some music at Scoreboard, Nashville Palace and Music City Bar & Grill. All had some amazing bands, and very welcoming. Did go to the Cooters Museum (brought back lots memories from Dukes of Hazard), walked through the Willie Nelson store too! We definitely will be back here, as Anne & Bill were awesome hosts!!

This place is nothing short of amazing!
Adult family vacation & we’ve stayed at a number of VRBO homes in a variety of locations. We were so impressed with the location, the view (stunning), & the home amenities. We all especially enjoyed the game room in the garage, the kayaks, & hot tub. Lots of room, well stocked & the owners are very supportive. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy the Nashville nightlife without the hustle & bustle of staying downtown.

Hosts were very good to our needs, and answered every questions we had about the house.
It has just about everything one needs, just like your own house. There were a lot of board games, cards, arcade machines, outside games to keep minors busy and for that fact adults too. Kitchen was well stocked, house well clean. it would better stocked with more Bath towels due to pool and Hot Tub use plus showers.

Family from 3 states enjoyed our accommodations. They were as promised, delightful.
Easy to rent through. However it was sticker shock with the added fees. Those fees added about 27% more to the rent rate. Seemed high.

Family Thanksgiving
This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Nashville. The house is in a great location and Bill and Anne have gone above and beyond to ensure the traveler feels relaxed and comfortable. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware to prepare meals. No worries of lost keys with coded entry. The beds were comfortable and having TV’s in the bedrooms, all having cable was appreciated. The amusement room in the garage was an extra bonus. My adult children enjoyed shooting hoops and they even won a stuffed toy from the claw machine! I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nashville and needing a larger home.

Bill & Anne were very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out. The home was in a nice neighborhood just five minutes from The Grand Ole Oprey and the Oprey Mills Mall. The home needs some TLC. Thank you Bill & Anne

SPECTACULAR Riverfront Home in Nashville
Many Family Memories made here. Our Granddaughter picked Nashville to celebrate her 21st Birthday. We picked the perfect place to celebrate and make those memories. Wish our stay was longer so we could enjoy and experience ALL this Beautiful Home has to offer. PERFECT STAY!!!

Perfect location and house had everything needed
We had a family getaway. celebrating 80th birthday and our 60th anniversary. Daughter, son and daughter-in-law, 2 grandsons, 1 grandson with wife and 4 great granddaughters ages from 80 to 3 years. Swimming pool, hot tub, dart board inside house and all the games in garage were wonderful. Location to Opry Land and mall and downtown Nashville very convenient. Owners were friendly and responded to all emails quickly. Great time for all. Enjoyed would do it again. Could not use all the kayaks because of ages and so much to see and do at this timeframe

This was like being in the country and the city at the same time. The river view was spectacular as was the very large heated pool. We used the downtown shuttle from the nearby hotels and campground which was a great way to get downtown quickly without fighting traffic or parking

Excellent Family Vacation House!
Our family had the best time this past weekend at the Music City River Retreat! We came for our 35th college reunion and had the most wonderful time! The house was spacious with a beautiful view of the Cumberland River. The kitchen was well appointed, and the game room offered lots of excitement and competition between family members! They loved the kayaks and were brave enough to go out just about every day we stayed! The proximity to our university was close, as was shopping (Opry Mills Mall and grocery stores). The bonus was that a family member lives about 5 minutes away, so we were able to connect with him and other family that live in Nashville. The owners were kind and accommodating, and we are extremely appreciative! My husband and I were very pleased with the home and will return again next year, if not sooner!

Perfect weekend get away

Beautiful location
We stayed for our daughter’s competition at the Gaylord. Very convenient! The house was clean and had more than enough room for the 3 kids and 6 adults. The kids and adults both loved the games in the garage and the hot tub. The view of the river is beautiful during both early mornings and when the sun is setting. We would definitely recommend staying here over the Gaylord during any big convention. 2 mins away and you have a kitchen with amazing appliances.

Nice and Clean Property
Nice property on the river. Very clean. Well stocked. Our only complaint was that two of the arcade type games weren’t working (no working darts for dart board and the skeet ball machines were both down). But, the cleanliness of the property, ease of checkin, and communication with the property owner was amazing.

Nashville family house on the Cumberland river.
Very family friendly. We liked the open concept of the living and kitchen area. The house was stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook, play cards and games,. We especially liked the back porch and spent a lot of time sitting there. the teenagers and adults as well enjoyed the many games in the garage. Several also enjoyed the hot tub and used it several times. Consider emptying all the pantry "left over" food and party supplies . We chose not to use something that was either outdated or of unknown origins. We also suggest having the cleaning crew change the burned out light bulbs. We changed several but there are still others needing attention.

Nashville Thanksgiving getaway
This is a really nice home with convenient location to OPRYLAND hotel and short ride downtown Nashville attractions. Beds super comfortable, gorgeous view, and kitchen well stocked. We were there for Thanksgiving and cooked the meal there, everything we needed was available. Only detriments were hot tub needed cleaning, so did not use (but forgot to notify owners on arrival) and suggest owners clean out cabinets and fridge doors- lots of stuff left there by former renters and no space to store groceries we bought during the week except for the fridge. Also, there have obviously been bachelorette parties in this house by former renters who left various “toys” in the pantry/game storage room that our 12 year old grandson found. That was not good but still our family enjoyed the home and had a great week. Would recommend.

Excellent Location
Went to Nashville for Hockey and Music and this property was a great home base. The game room is great, the backyard and dock are wonderful. A 15-20 minute Uber ride to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway.

This house was honestly one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in! It fit 10 of us nicely and had plenty to do! A short Uber ride to Broadway! The owners are super responsive and accommodating! Would 100% stay again!!

Friends Vacay!
Clean, beautiful home. We had all the amenities needed for our 4 night stay. 15 min. Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. Go earlier in the day as it got very expensive into the evening. Grocery store was 15 min. away. Owners responded promptly to messages. Quiet neighborhood on the river for down time. We loved it and will be booking this home again!

Nice house with great amenities, just need a little more TLC
The house was nice, spacious and had a lot to do. We just would have liked the outside to be a little cleaner - lots of cob webs on the windows and the ceiling fans on the back porch. We wanted to sit out there with the fans on, but we knew it would be a mess! The inside could use a little more TLC - the doors and the door jams were dirty, the front of the fridge looked like they forgot to clean it!

Great stay in a wonderful city.
The location is terrible from downtown, maybe a 20.00 Uber ride. On the second day we found a shuttle. It picks up at the hotel down the road (maybe at 10 minute walk) from the house and delivers you downtown all for only 10.00 a person. The house itself was great. Tons of things to do to kill time before heading downtown. Overall a great house in a great city. I would definitely recommend this house and would most definitely return.
