First off I want to say the place is very small , there is no where at all to sit n get fresh air . You get no welcome drink like most hotels give , even though on Expedia states you will get bottle water. Also I booked a suite which states king size bed and two twin beds, when I get there the manager states I was supposed to request the extra bed after I paid the extra money saying the suite came with more than one bed … then the receptionist going to say I can send you one and he won’t charge… it was just a hot mess. The suite have one small t v .. this place was made for one person so if u have kids choose another hotel.

Really cool vibe at this hotel. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and the food/cocktails are excellent. We almost felt guilty eating here too often because while we wanted to check out other locations, the food here was so good! (Try the club sandwich. It is excellent). The staff are really excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and this is a pretty quiet hotel for El Poblado.

When I first saw this hotel, I was a little skeptical because there were barely any reviews. However, it was such an incredible deal for a beautiful looking hotel, so I took a chance and booked it. I'm so glad I did! It was a brand new hotel that had just opened up 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered us coffee and a cocktail while we waited. It was the perfect welcoming to a country known for its coffee. When it was time for check in, the staff walked us to the room to show us around and we were immediately impressed. It was SO beautiful and VERY spacious. Despite its prime location, the sound did not travel inside the room unless we opened the windows. Even then, it wasn't a distraction at all. The beds were also VERY comfortable. I have back issues and I woke up each night feeling better. This is a great hotel for anyone wanting more space, but still within walking distance to popular sites in Provenza.
