Muy sucio y descuidado, la cama con hormigas entre las sábanas, nos cambiaron de cuarto y el clima súper ruidoso y la s toallas muy viejas, no volvería a este hotel no recomendaría.NO SE PORQUE TIENE 8.6 no vale lo que cuesta

This hotel is very good. It is very clean, the room was big and the beds were comfy. It looks quite new. Very close to I35 but you could not hear any noise from the highway. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. A lot of variety.

no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación... fuimos a recepción para que dieran la Orden a la recamaristas y ni asi... según qué tenemos que dar la orden el día del check inn de qué día queríamos que hicieran la habitación.. y eso no nos lo dijeron.

Hotel cómodo y cerca de la carretera 35
Todo bien solo que al registrarnos nos dieron una habitación que todavía no estaba limpia y tuvimos que bajar con todo y equipaje para que nos cambiaran de habitación. Pero en general el hotel está limpio, tiene buen desayuno y la ubicación me parece muy bien para pasear en New Braunfels y San Marcos está cerca también.

Buen hotel, fácil acceso, bastante limpio y el personal muy amable. Desayuno aceptable y café durante todo el día , lo único malo fue el sofá cama el cual fue bastante incomodo ya que el colchón estaba deformado no apto para mi espalda.

La limpieza de los cuartos muy mala.
Todo bien, pero no hacían bien la limpieza en la habitación. Olvide unas cosas en el closet hable para ver si me lo habían guardado como en otros hoteles q se me olvida algo y resulta q me dicen q no olvide nada.

Our stay was lovely! The hotel was clean, as was our room, impeccably so. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows, and it was quiet. We slept wonderfully well! And the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was great, we came for a musical performance at Gruene Hall, and it was only minutes from the Gruene Historic District. We will definitely return!

IT WAS COLD, give them a break!
Very clean and compy. Weather did not allow for staff to arrive for warm breakfast items, but some were available, cereals, pancakes and bagels. Not a concern for us, but others were upset. It was COLD, and people could not get to work on time.

We do appreciate your understanding with our hot breakfast not being available. Our breakfast staff was unable to make it that day due to the unsafe road conditions along with a notice from the city to reduce electricity to avoid possible outages. Our front desk staff was able to put out the easy items to ensure everyone still had options. We hope to see you again in the future if your travels bring you back to New Braunfels.
