Fantastic condo and location!
The property is perfectly located in NB and everything is within walking distance. The property is very secure, immaculate from the hallway to the elevator and inside the unit. The condo itself has everything you need, is well equipped and the decor is high end and in pristine condition. Beds were very comfy, rooms and hallways were very large and bathrooms were very clean. We will be back and one of the nicest VRBO locations I’ve ever visited

Girl trip
We travel to New Buffalo several times a year. This was a hirls trip. The condo was beautiful. Laura was very helpful and responded anytime I messaged her. So sweet. The Condo stocked well and the bes are wonderful. Hoping to go back soon

Great family weekend
Our extended family stayed for a long weekend. The location was great as it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops in the area. The condo was well equipped, had a good view of the marina, and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

New Buffalo getaway!
Very nice condo with everything you need. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs to be replaced. Half of the back of love seat was totally broken. Clearer instructions on keypads should be provided. Number keypad that is visible does not work. Have to use video touch screen for keypad but unless a neighbor wouldn’t have showed us we wouldn’t have figured it out. Would definitely stay here again. Great location!!

Fantastic rental!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. We loved the location and the kids enjoyed the pool! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was so nice to have! Highly recommend!

Just a short 1/2 mile walk to th3 beach and to all of downtown. We had a couple items that previous tennets csused by owners communicatied well to solve the issues

Long Weekend at the Beach
Great location for us to get to beach and many restaurants. Plenty of room for kids and grandparents to spread out and relax. Appreciated the beach gear including sand toys, umbrella and beach chairs already there. Did have some starter pods for laundry, which we used doing swim suits and beach towels from home between all the time we spent at beach and complex pool.

Great spot for family
We really loved the condo! It was in the perfect location, five minute walk from beach. Plenty of restaurants close by and the pool was perfect for our family. If we returned to New Buffalo, we would stay here! The host was super responsive and answered all of the questions we had during the stay. Only complaint was that we had to wash the sheets in the master because they smelled so strongly of somebody else's cologne!

Sorry about that, the cleaning people have changed the dryer sheets after a few people have said that. I actually thought that smelled good until renters thought the sheets weren't washed!

Nice stay
Excellent location and very spacious. I liked that they had some board games available too. There was not shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. It was walking distance to the grocery store, nearby restaurants, and the beach. The condo was clean and cute.

We had the best week!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this BEAUTIFUL condo!! The home was equipped with plenty of kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies as well as plenty of games for our kids!! We felt like every detail had been thought through to make sure our stay was the most relaxing AND memorable!!!! It is steps away from the beach and quaint little downtown. We would definitely stay again!!! JTP

We are so sorry the dryer wasn't working. We were told by the association to have the towels and comforter removed from the balconies. As soon as they were notified that the dryer was broken they were ok with it. It has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Girls Weekend
Perfect place for a girls weekend! The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, the decor was perfect and plenty of space. Could not ask for a better setting to celebrate our friends 60th birthday.

Great getaway
We stayed at the perfect location in New Buffalo. Close to the beach, the town, the facility had great views and amenities were awesome. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool. I will definitely go back.

Wonderful, but to short getaway
The property stood true to the images. We booked prior to the memorial day kickoff. The weather a bit cold but the location and on premises amenities..pool, workout room... location!! A hit with all, older to young!!!

Beautifully appointed condo in downtown New Buffalo. Great halfway meeting place between Chicago and Lansing. Walking distance to many things including Lake Michigan! Overlooks Marina with view of the lake. Owner was professional and friendly to work with. A+++

Great Location
I have stayed at this building location several times. This unit is fantastic for large families or a group of friends. There is plenty of room and in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the lake. It is well maintained and has all the comforts of home. Great views.

Wedding Weekend in New Buffalo
We were in town for a wedding, and the condo was great! It was very clean and updated with nice amenities. It was within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. I had read some of the other reviews, so I was prepared for the slightly awkward check-in procedure. Hope to come back again when we have more time to enjoy the town and the beach.

Annual Beach Vacation
The unit was perfect for us. Super clean, modern and well appointed. Excellent location. We walked to the beach, to restaurants and for ice cream. Super convenient parking lot especially on the weekend when street parking would have been tricky to find. We would love to come back to this unit again next summer.

Great condo!!
We had a family of 5 including a toddler and couldn’t have stayed in a better place! Close to everything—food, shopping, beach. The pools are great, never too crowded. Kitchen has plenty of things to cook with and the gas stove is nice. Beds are comfortable and linens are in great condition. Even sand toys and beach chairs in the closet! Thanks for a great stay! Only criticism is that the first day you check in is a little confusing with codes and lock boxes etc. However it’s mainky due to the private and locked parking lot which is really a great amenity as parking that close is a bear otherwise.

New Buffalo Condo
The Condo was beautiful and spacious and as advertised. Only issue was the master bathroom door was off the track and not usable. Pools were great and great location. Check in was awkward because instructions didn’t say you needed to park on the street and walk to the condo to obtain key to open the parking lot gate. Once we figured that out, everything was great. Highly recommend this condo and would stay there again. The owners were very helpful.

Fantastic stay at a great property in an ideal location
Beautiful 3BR condo with nice finishes ideally located steps from Stray Dog in downtown New Buffalo overlooking the northern part of the marina with partial lake views. The home has useable space and nice finshings. You can tell that the owners use the property themselves. The Campbells were helpful and responsive, and overall this was a perfect homeaway experience. Highest recommendations.

Hannah and Sam’s Engagement
We rented Laura’s condo so that we could be in New Buffalo when our daughter was getting engaged on the beach. We all celebrated with them afterward at the Stray Dog. The condo could not have been more convenient for us! It is a beautiful place and so spacious! We had everything we needed. We have rented many places in the area and this one is our new favorite! We can’t wait to stay again when we can enjoy the pool and beach!

Excellent 3 Bed in a perfect location
My wife and I brought our two kids here for a 2 night stay on New Year's Eve, and we were very happy with our stay. The location is perfect for any season, bars and restaurants close by, steps from the waterfront. New amenities, clean property, everything we wanted. Wonderful condo!
We spent Thanksgiving break in the condo with our family (3 kids) and had a wonderful time. It was comfortable and clean and located close to places to eat, the grocery store, a coffee shop, and the Stray Dog. The directions were clear on how to access the condo and how to leave it. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location, nice condo!
We enjoyed beautiful weather and time with friends in this clean, spacious home with a livable living room/kitchen/dining open area. A few little things added to the lovely dwelling would have helped: directions on how to use the amazing large screen TV/sound system, a few extra pillows, and small items like tea bags help in the "hospitality" category. Laura answered my emails right before our arrival and was helpful. A great place to base ourselves for eating out and going to the Notre Dame football game.
