Room needed to be refurbished. Bathroom sink was plugged up and leaked water on the floor. No usb ports for phone charging. Just not a very nice room

The hotel room stunk like cigarette smoke Smoke alarm was beeping shower leaked so bad it flooded the shower and the floor in the bathroom

The room smelt horrible of someone previously smoking in it along with the toilet leaking water all over the floor. When telling someone at the front desk they just said they will let their boss no but did not offer me a different room or potentially money back.

First of all when we checked in I had to sign a paper that I wouldn’t smoke in the room, when I opened the door the smell of smoke made me about half sick. I went to lobby and she said no more rooms available. My daughter and I had no choice since it was too late to cancel. Our eyes burned and we got headaches. Neither one of us smoke!

we do have handicap room unfortunately they were all being used at the time of your arrival we did make sure you were in a first floor room and the next time you came we made sure you got a handicap room please visit us again soon

sorry you had a bad experience we have changed to non smoking unfortunately some people still think we are a smoking hotel some new blankets are coming in but are on back order the A/C control is now on the wall if you need anything our front desk staff will answer any questions you have we also have coffee in our lobby 24 hours a day please stop back and give us another try

For a period of time, I inspected hotels and motels on the East Coast for three major insurance carriers. This one would not pass. No heat or AC in room, no central fire alarm, no alarm pulls. No fire extinguishers. Street drain in entrance drive is collapsing. Very poor interior lighting, very dark in rooms. Plumbing control falling apart. Commode seats too small and not firmly attached. Was not up to the standards of Expedia. Electric outlets showing damage. In room appliances old. Refrigerator not cooling. Very disappointed in the housekeeping. Dark ring of grease around the inside of the bath tub. Anti-skid tub material very dirty.

A good place to stay
A nice place in the small town hotel in America. Excellent HVAC with thermostat control. 2 refrigerators but no microwave in my room.

Some of the bedding sheets where with cigarette holes, tiles on washroom look about to fall as well as silicone was moldy. Bread looked old and the Milk refrigerator was not closing properly in the breakfast area, so the milk tasted bad. same with the waffle mix probably was a few days old.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed
A mess. And a shady weekend party hangout. Condition of the room was horrible. This place shouldn’t even be in your search results. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name anywhere near this place.

Previous stays were very good. However, this time it wasn't. Noisy smelly environment. Sheets had holes in them. Small holes but noticeable. Staff was quite nice.

When I arrived the desk person was on phone with a customer informing that person they had to use a wall mounted thermostat to control the ac. When call finished this clerk made a negative comment about the caller I could hear. The toilet was not bolted to floor so when I leaned so did the toilet. There was no ice bucket or cups in room

Great place to overnight.
Service was excellent. Fast, friendly check in experience, no hiccups even when using a third party booking site. Night desk was also extremely helpful. Room was adequate, but definitely in need of some cosmetic assistance to cover prior repairs (exposed patching on walls). When doing the room check ( which I do at all hotels) found that the rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall was fine. Great place to overnight.

First room assigned had a very strong odd odor. We were quickly reassigned, but the new room had 2 very filthy pillowcases (other 2 pillows were clean). Just after check-in (~7pm), we notified the staff a smoke detector outside the room was loudly chirping from a low battery. After we got back from dinner, we even offered to change the battery for them! We were told that mgmt was notified, but nothing was done throughout the night. Additionally, the room was poorly maintained, 3 cigarette burns in duvet (non-smoking room), large crack in bathroom sink, broken toilet seat. Front desk said they could not adjust price since we booked with Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who contacted property, and guess what? The manager wasn't available! I would rather stay here than sleep in my car, but I don't have to pay to sleep in my car!

Absolutely horrible while pulling in lot watched a inappropriate act occuring and later a drug deal. Told DO NOT smoke in room yaet all furniture and linens had burn holes. Pillows so dirty would not use slept in our clothes. Aor conditioner didnt work. Fridge in one of the rooms was full of someone elses food. Worst hotel I believe I have ever been at. Run!!!

The hotel was super convenient for the event my friends and I were attending. Being right across from a grocery store made it easy to restock on food and water on our way there each morning.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever seen and way overpriced. There's obvious water damage in the original room that we were in. The bathtub was cracked. The lamp shades were broken. There were cigarette butts behind the air conditioner. There were cigarette burns and the mattress. The air conditioning didn't work and it was supposed to have been brand new. It was also leaking onto the floor from the back. We were eventually moved to another room that was a bit better, but the room they put us in initially needs to be closed and completely redone. The one they put us in afterward was just ok. Please reconsider if you're looking at just a cheap place to stay.

I for there for an event and forgot something, and the front desk mgr, Cheri Kulnis, went above & beyond to try to help me, even though the issue was not hotel related. She was exceptionally kind.

Do not stay! Ashtray smelling rooms
I booked 4 rooms at this hotel for an events for the kids in the area. The rooms were very unclean. Toilet wobbled in one room and whisled in the other. After a few flushes in another room the toilet leaked a black liquid out of the back tank. All 4 rooms had burn holes in the duvet and blankets. Smoke free rooms smelled like an ashtray. I have a picture of the blanket but for some reason it will not let me upload.

Good room and location for the price. Quiet hotel stay each time i stay here. Note! No elevator it is a 3 level building. Across from Giant Eagle and GetGo Gas. Some Fast-food places also nearby.
