Great nights rest!

Beautiful clean place. Beds were perfect firmness, kitchen was nice and roomy. Shower was refreshing and roomy. Back patio was very relaxing, especially at night when you plug in the lights, it gives a nice ambiance.

Great Place for a friends trip!!

Super convenient for me and my friends on our trip! This was their first time visiting Nola and the house was great! Plenty of room, laundry was an additional bonus (we came from a 3 day camping expedition haha). Thank you it was lovely !

Nola trip

We found this Vrbo so clean and functional. Attention had been paid to all the things that make a stay pleasant. We appreciated and needed the close, off street parking. Many thanks to our host.

Not prepared, locked and unclean with no fresh linens

The house was beautiful and had it been open and prepared for us when we got there ut would have been a perfect trip. There was a dirty room, durty bathroom dirty kitchen and no clean linen. Then owner refund 150 of our trip and we chose to still dtay at the hoise to avoid having to find a location to stay at with half the money. But we wated most of our trip cleaning and not abke to celebrate my daughyers graduation.

Overall very nice stay

Space was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Washing machine was not working so we weren’t able to do laundry as we had expected. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, wish the living room/ couch was a bit more comfortable.

Great place for a great stay

Close to Canal Street train line in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and pleasant - can only recommend.The only thing less than perfect was the weather.

New Orleans getaway

What a lovely property to relax at while visiting New Orleans. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house is a short Uber ride to the French Quarter area (12-15) and all other neighborhoods that we wanted to visit were an easy drive away. The house is good for 4 guests. We wish the weather was better to enjoy the patio!

Great Stay in NOLA

My sisters and I went for a sisters trip to New Orleans. We were quite pleased with our stay. Clean place, friendly host, convenient location at a great price. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and Cozy Apartment

My sons and I stayed here on Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving night while visiting family in the NOLA area. The owner lives in the front apartment and was able to see us approach the side entrance. She was very kind and came out to greet us. I was happy to see her as it was dark out and her presence gave me a welcoming comfort. She did not intrude or bother us at all but I felt safe knowing she was so kind and right there. The home is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. My 4 year old enjoyed watching youtube on the living room sofa and my 14 year enjoyed having his own room. The only concern was that I was not able to park my Lexus IS in the driveway because the cement ramp entrance was damaged and scraped the bottom of my low riding car. I would definitely stay here again.

Worth Every Penny.

My wife really loved this location. It was clean, in a great location and was very comfortable. We especially liked the scents from the plug-ins. All were mild and nothing was too strong. The beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again.

Very cute place to stay. The neighborhood was also full of really cool houses and was pretty quiet and felt safe. There were a lot of great places to eat nearby which we thought was awesome! Would totally stay here again.

Nice home for our vacation needs

We were in town for 5 nights (4 adults) and the property was perfect for what we needed! Location was good - we used Uber to get to the French Quarter, Caesar’s Superdome, and City Park, but there were several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The home was clean and matched the listing description. The beds were small; therefore we utilized the air mattress too. Back patio was a relaxing space for reading or drinking coffee. The price was affordable and cheaper than most other listings in the area; worth the value! The host’s replies to messages were inconsistent and the contact phone number was disconnected, making the communication with the host difficult. Overall, would highly recommend this property when visiting NOLA!

Very clean and comfortable.

Checking in was a little confusing, because you pull up to the duplex and it only has one door out front with 2 house numbers. There was nothing mentioned about having to enter through the side gate, so I had to message manager and wait for response. After getting that figured out, the stay was great. Very clean, cozy and beds sleep great. The walls are thin, so you will hear other people talking. Especially from the room right inside the door to the right. Also, lots of cameras, which I'm sure are for security purposes, but makes you feel like your being watched. The drive way is a litte hard for a big vehicle, but can be managed.

Love this place

This place was amazing, I loved the back patio area was such a nice area to relax in after walking the street in the French quarter all day. Great location about 10 mins from the French quarter. We will definitely be back at this location again.
