El espacio es amplio. En 3 dias no se hizo la limpieza, ni se recogio la basura y el desayuno apenas cafe y pan. Las cama estaba limpia.

Quise cancelar la reservacion y no fue posible. Se llamó una vez y cortaron la llamada, luego se llamó nuevamente y no respodieron. Solo perdí mi dinero.

Esta propieda mas que hotel parecia motel de pado x 2 hora los moteles estan muchísimos mejor que esta intalacion 1 me cambiaron a 3 distinta abitaciones porque yo pedia halgo mejor porque los servicios igienico fácilmente pudes tener un accidente se mueven para todos lados y la tapas esta quebrabas los colchonede esta caman se notan q son o viejisimos o los mas barato del metcado porque donde te sentaba si iva uno hadta bajo y laslas almuadas eran flat 2 y una mas o meno esto no se le puede llsmar almuada dice que desayuno incluido y solo tenia cafe y te y donas las jarras de jugos bacia y leche tenian unos pequeñito cartoncito de leche de in tercio y era 2 q avian y una clase de cereal no alcansava ni para mojar el cafe este dique hotel no se lo recomiendo a nadie hay mejores motel y hasta con cafe y cafetera en la avitacion porque este ni si quiera eso tenia no le puedo dar mi una estrelka a este hotel si es que se le puede llamar hotel

Gracias por su revisión, no ofrecemos jarras de jugo, son cartones individuales. Me disculpo por tu cama si era incómoda. Nos hubiéramos mudado a tres veces para su comodidad. Esta instalación sería un motel. Agradecemos su revisión, compartiré sus inquietudes con el gerente de limpieza. Cuando los viajes lo permitan, esperamos que pueda darnos una segunda oportunidad para hacerlo bien.

The toilet was dirty with poop, the room has a insane smeel of weid and cigarrete. 45 minutes to checked in cause the system in the hotel was down, the recepcionist was rude

Último recurso, nada recomendable
El hotel no menciona el depósito de $50 dllrs que hay que realizar para que te den la habitación, es una cantidad excesiva para el estado del lugar; camas muy incómodas e incluso tienen una envoltura plástica para evitar limpiar los colchones, el desayuno ya se había acabado ambos días para las 8:30am y la habitación olía a mariguana El internet no funciona y me quedé 2 noches, sin embargo, no hicieron el aseo ni me dieron toallas limpias; las personas de limpieza solo entraban a cuartos que se quedaban solo 1 noche

Bien, pero...
Todo muy bien, El hotel es nuevo, habitacion amplia, baño amplio, a 10 minutos del barrio francés, por poner una pega el desayuno muy controlado, no coges tu las cosas te las ponen ellos, no lo sé si es por no desperdiciar o por q no se pille más de la cuenta, pero en general muy bien.

El momento mas desagradable de mi viaje
Las condiciones del lugar son deplorables, considero que ni siquiera debería estar como una opción para hospedarse, desgraciadamente ni siquiera estuve el tiempo suficiente para fotografiar el lugar, pero la mitad del hotel está en ruinas y la habitación que nos dieron fue un insulto.

When we walked in the room it smelled moldy. I didn’t see any mold until I took a shower. Mold was on the ceiling in the shower. The phone wasn’t working in the room. We kept getting locked out of our room. One employer said they believe the key pad battery was going dead and she was sorry we had been going through this the 2 days. She also said someone should have changed our room. The lady came while we was gone to clean the room. They only changed the trash. Didn’t touch anything else. You have to wait to get buzzed in the gate to get to your room. Sometimes nobody was at the desk. So we had to drive to the front door to wait for someone to come. Then tell them we was trying to get to our room. Just to get to the room and still not be able to get in. I will not be staying here ever again!!! The good thing about this hotel is the employees was nice. That’s it. Limited breakfast. The employee said for breakfast it’s whatever they have back there. They never know

If staying more than one night be ready to request towels etc. There is no room turnover. It’s very loud right by a busy ramp of the interstate. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and my socks were black on the bottom due to that. The bathroom was also not very clean at all and I had to use my own cleaning product to wipe it down.

The nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Their system sucks because they literally gave me keys to rooms that were already occupied TWICE. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. Don’t stay hear. There was a leaky roof in one of the rooms. This hotel is a health hazard with Bucks and crackheads walking around. No thanks!

Hotel Room tv didn’t work at first she put me in a room where Repair work was being done no toilet paper holder second room spiderwebs behind the door no toilet paper holder All over The The ceilings were peeling very bad debris could have fallen while sleeping. The smell was so bad I could barely breathe. This is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they denied it not acceptable to customers this way I would not recommend and I will never go back.
