Thank you for staying with us, please accept our apologies as you did not find the front desk agents friendly even after we tried our best to accomodate you and gave you an early check in at 1 pm for free.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving us a review. Deposits are actually a hold on the credit card and we release all the funds when you check out but it still takes 5-7 business days to get it back (which is the bank processing time). We still apologize for the inconvenience.
