Dear Guest, We are extremely sorry that your stay was not as expected although we strive hard to provide our customers with a pleasant and comfortable stay. We understand your disappointment as we were unable to provide you with extra mattresses and blankets as requested as soon as you arrived. You declined an additional room for extra guests. We also gave you the option of a full refund if the rooms were not to your standards prior to staying with us. It was very obvious that there were significantly more adults and children trying to accommodate in each room. We upgraded your room during Memorial day weekend to a larger suite at no charge. Moreover all our rooms are professionally cleaned and we check the rooms prior. We provide our guests with standard towels, bathroom accessories and clean blankets in each room with two queen beds for 4 adults. We also provided extra towels to two of your guests. We are trying extremely hard to survive during this pandemic and feel it is unfair that we were expected to provide for the extra guests in the room and are really disappointed by your review.
