“Georgeous condo, perfect location and a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, and chatting with passerbys. We walk to coffee and breakfast every morning shopped all day took a train ride and enjoyed delicious food at the wonderful nearby restaurants. The condo was even more beautiful than pictures. The parking was a huge plus we will definitely return.”

“Great location,easy access to downtown. Assigned parking is very helpful.Accomodations were very nice !”

“We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!”

It was a very fair rate and much more affordable than the jacked up hotel prices due to the tournament. 12 minute proximity to the tennis facility was great! Clean, very spacious bedrooms. Cabinets in the kitchen need a little TLC, but this place met all of our needs and I would stay there again.”
