“The cabin is exactly as described. The Big Canoe community is SPECTACULAR, although the main pool shown in the Expedia photos was dirty and closed. However, the marina and the trails were open. Our only issue was that the cottage was delivered to us at 5:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM because they said it was being cleaned. When we entered at 5:00 PM, the cottage was still not clean. There were two pork chops inside the microwave, spider webs in both bedrooms and on the walls, and the front door,……

“The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, with an alternate route when the bridge was out and finding out if a burn was lifted. The place was lovely and (though I wasn’t handicapped) loved to see the cabin accommodate it like ramps leading from the living room to the backyard patio.
