“O atendimento da recepção durante o dia poderia ser mais atencioso com os recentes hóspedes, mas fora isso, a experiência foi excelente. O quarto é aconchegante, com uma vista maravilhosa e localização privilegiada próximo a atrações como museu, aquário, roda-gigante e muito mais. Para quem chega de ônibus, a rodoviária fica apenas 3 minutos do hotel, com o aeroporto e o VLT por perto, facilitando muito a locomoção.”

Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail……

“O único problema é que a portaria do hotel tem uma campainha que toca alto a todo momento para entrada de hóspedes. Impede o descanso. Quanto a limpeza do quarto é excelente, o colchão e travesseiro com capa, isso é otimo. Não tem café da manhã incluído no pacote estadia, mas na frente do hotel tem uma padaria que prepara lanches na hora. ”

“Really good location for my business trip. Big shopping mall just right next to hotel. Can go there on foot not more than 5 mins. However, if you are beach lover, this hotel is not that close to it . Room was clean and breakfast was great. Will stay again in the future ”

“I spent a week at the hotel and it was lovely. Let me start by saying that they staff there are very professional and very pleasant to interact with. The executive room was not very much to my liking, too small, and the bathroom is outdated; however, I somewhat settled because of everything else that was good. The breakfast was awesome, and I mean it. Plenty to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal place to stay ”
