This is a great hotel small but not too small comare to others in japan, very conviently close to lots of shopping which was great! Staff was always very sweet and always had a great vibe going in the lobby. Thank you!

I stay for 3 nights and i thought the staff and service was excellent. The room was nice and the beds were decent but the bathroom however needed some cleaning. The cup had lipstick on it and it looked like it hasn’t been clean in a while. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to everything. Overall I recommend.

Not the friendliest staff or cleanest hotel but the location is great. Rooms are a bit bigger than the average in Japan but very dark with poor lighting.

Hotel Kojan's location can't be beat! It's close to Dontonbori and literally three minutes from Shinsaibashi station. For a budget hotel, the rooms are surprisingly big. Rooms are also clean. My family of three stayed in a single room with three large twin beds (felt like a double bed). The staff are all incredibly accomodating and friendly, and they all speak fantastic English, too. I really enjoyed all my conversations with the staff there. Breakfast is a traditional Korean and Japanese dishes. There is also toast with jam, and cereal. If you love staying hydrated like my family and I, there is a water cooler in lobby which can be used 24/7. I stayed at two other hotels whole in Japan, and Hotel Kojan was the only hotel to offer this.

シングルルームを利用した。予定より早い時間にチェックインさせてもらったが、ティッシュが補充されておらず1枚しか無かった。壁紙の汚れがそこそこあり、気になった。1名で泊まる部屋としては妥当の広さだった。

좋은 점은 일본 숙소치고는 넓었어요. (어떤 호텔은 큰 캐리어 펼치면 돌아다닐 공간이 없다고 하던데) 그리고 이용하진 못했지만 간단한 한국식 아침식사를 제공한다고 하고 사장님이 한국분이시라 편합니다. 호텔 컨디션 자체는 우리나라 모텔비슷하고 침대에 바퀴가 달려서 (우리방만 그랬는진 모르겠지만) 기대면 앞으로 밀려요. 그리고 욕실도 조립식이라 규모가 매우 작은데다 문이 잘 맞지 않아서 밤에 누가 이용하면 큰소리가 나서 자꾸 깨게 되고 물소리도 넘 크게 들리더라구요 ㅠㅠ 전반적으로 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

The staff and crew were friendly. However, the building itself and room was undesirable. The room is not well ventilated. It has a strong smell and always feels humid. When the AC is turned on, the cool air also emits an odor. Our sink was also partially clogged. I understand that it is an older building, but I would expect upgrades and improvements like our shower curtains which were mouldy. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this hotel.
