The tv didn’t work ( no input) spoke to the lady at desk & she said she’d have someone look at it but never happened. 1st night there I asked for a 6:30 am wake up and never received it -woke up at 8:30am & when I asked the desk she said there was no record of request . The telephone did not work properly, the only way to contact was through speaker phone. Overall , while the room & premises was generally clean-the elevator & amenities were at best 2nd rate.
