La habitación estaba bien. Pero no la limpiaron. Alegaron que no hacen limpieza diaria. Cosa que no estaba así en hoteles.com (ya reclame a la página), el desayuno espantoso. La pileta no estaba muy limpia.

Buena estancia en general
Todo muy bien con la estancia, excepto por el desayuno, entiendo que no son desayunos completos pero este se pasó de limitado, no había ni café. Sin embargo el hotel muy limpio, cómodo, bonito y muy bien ubicado, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí

Stayed in the King room. Was nicely laid out. A little over sanitized but that was helped by opening the window for a bit. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot food was only barely warm. No yogurt or cereal, only oatmeal. Nice to have breakfast but it was limited. That said I would probably stay again.

Terrible room. The air conditioning system was not working right - it was loud and at times even stopped working, making the room very warm, even during the night. Both the shampoo and body soap bottles were empty. The towels were rough to the touch. Worst room we’ve ever had with the Marriott. Definitely will not stay here again. The room was relatively clean and breakfast was good.

Our room lost water in morning (which I nicely reported) and again at 9:00 at that night. After much arguing was given another room. Staff required me to wake up family, have them pack up and move rather than just allowing us to move into new room. Ridiculous since they couldn’t rent it out. Why inconvenience us TWICE. Received no apology from the manager which I asked for. Received no monetary accommodation either.

Not a great stay
The hot water was broken when we got there. Did not get fixed for 3 hours. When it was fixed, there was no water pressure in the sink. We called and it was never fixed. Additionally, the spa didn’t work.
