Dear Sir, We are very surprised by your review. which we feel dishonest. First of all photos are in accordance in description of rooms. As for the size of our building our rooms and our elevator , they are in accordance with the 3 stars standards in the center of Paris. We cannot unfortunately push the walls!! About leaving key at front desk every time you go out it is simply for security reason and it allow us in case of incident to know who or not are in the hotel. By the way you have always the possibility to book a 4 or 5 stars hotel if you want to get bigger space but of course price will not the same!!. Regards, Renaud

We can read frustration about this stay you had here with us and we are feeling concerned and bad about that. It is the opposite of our aim that our guests feel bad, uncomfortable and upset about their stay at Hôtel Longchamp Elysées. From the information we collected from you during your stay - lack of fresh air in the room - our front desk team did its best to provide air conditionning (the hotel can indeed only be in heat or cold mode, april can be warm or cold any days) by turning on the air conditionning mode. Your comfort was our only matter. We are sorry not to have heard about your other points during your stay as we would either have tried to change room if you disliked it or at least have a talk. There are no opinion we are closed talking about with our guests as long as they are objective. Our frontdesk team is here 24/7 and is responsible to help our guests and also for security among other things. Our reception team filters entrances and our front door is locked until our guests press the entrance bell. Room numbers are always asked as room keys are always securely kept by our team when our guests are out. Staff and guests security is a major point to us, especially in a big city like Paris and our teams are trained for that. Regarding privacy, sheers totally prevent anyone unwise from looking in any of our rooms. About cleanliness and bed bugs, considering the fact that lots of hotels in Paris were impacted, management team opted for a clear process: anticipate, detect, desinsect: - To avoid giving access to rooms impacted, we offer our guests get their suitcases high temperature steamed at check-in to kill any potential bed bug that could reproduce during plane or train rides. It is either for you, for the hotel and all our guests. - All our rooms are equiped with technology detection smart bed legs avoiding any rooms potentially impacted to be occupied by guests. - If any room is impacted, it is closed and our hotel contracted for disinfestation in case such a situation happens. Perfect cleaning is one of our major goals everywhere in the hotel. About our rooms, our Deluxe Family rooms are 16-20 sqm. This information is clearly stated on each and every of our distribution channels. Every equipment is informed has we want our guests know what we are offering and what they are booking. One of them is indeed a ground floor room giving on the patio. It has all the equipments we are offering on our website. Last but not least, we are sorry about the damp smell. We are trying to fix this issue as fast as possible. Our best apologies again for this feeling that you had. Please know that guests comfort is most hoteliers prime goal and that we are always ready to fix situations if, as a guest, you let us know what is potentially wrong.
