Room condition and cleanliness were both excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dining area was clean and well maintained.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the ATROCIOUS internet service. Wi-Fi speeds never exceeded 1 Mbps, making it virtually impossible to do anything productive or stream content from any source. I tested connections from multiple locations throughout the property, and the speeds were consistently dreadful. It was literally like using a dial-up connection from 30 years ago.
At this point, I cannot understand how high-speed internet is not treated as a basic utility by hotels. The network infrastructure here is in desperate need of a major upgrade. I ultimately had to use my mobile hotspot, which delivered speeds more than 50 times faster than the hotel's Wi-Fi.
