“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff.
Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“B&B davvero curato e molto carino. Camera pulita ed accogliente ed il balconcino privato annesso lo ho trovato davvero comodo . Letto comodo e ampio. Ampio parcheggio dove poter lasciare la macchina (non è sempre così scontato trovarlo a Sirmione) ed in generale struttura ordinata che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. La colazione sulla terrazza è davvero un bell'iniziare la giornata :-) Consigliato!”

You may rent a bike from the hotel and it's free for the first 3 hours. It about 20 mins away from the old town by bike.

“it is located a bit far from restaurants and shopping but is a nice hotel, the rooms are great size and big bathrooms. Worth what you pay for. The breakfast is basic but is good.

“We stayed here for five nights at the start of July in one of the apartments. It’s a lovely quiet little area that is close to a camping site that has a lot of amenities and close to the lake front. Town is a short, pleasant walk away. Breakfast was great, and the staff are super helpful. Would stay here again. Oh, and air conditioners in our room were very useful during the 34C heat!”
“This hotel is fantastic and the staff are super friendly. They took us early on arrival and made our stay enjoyable throughout. The rooms were modern and spacious ensuring a comfortable stay. Location is perfect as well, right in the heart of Peschiera, but you don’t hear any of the noise in your room. 5 star stay!”
