The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the quality of the bed linen and pillows. As a 5 star hotel, they shall use a higher thread linen. Even they provide pillow menu, the quality of the pillows are not up to a 5 star standard. Tip: 1) It's a Leading Hotel of the World group hotel.
