Me asignaron una primera habitación con muy mal olor muebles desarmados ropas manchadas la segunda un poco mejor pero el baño manchado inodoro y tina en malas condiciones

Fatal jamás en mi vida vuelvo a reservar la habitación estaba completamente sucia solo tendida la cama pero llena de polvo y restos de comida, el baño sucio sin asear el piso sin barrer ni trapear, ademas tiene cocineta completamente sucia así como el bote de basura Lo peor del caso es que cuando llegue a hacer mi check in el personal de front desk fue a revisar la habitación y decidió cambiármela a esta por que la otra estaba en peores condiciones …. Cuando regrese a recepción a poner mi queja y cancelación me dijo que era la mejor habitación que tenía y que no tenía nada más que ofrecerme que tramitara mi cancelación con expedía, estaba realmente en condiciones deplorables sucias y apestosa a orines….. el baño tenía restos de orin seco en todos lados 😖😖😖 jamás había pasado por una experiencia asi

asqueroso todo el hotel pero principalmente el cuarto. No deberia de ser una opcion. Es un fraude lo que hace este hotel con esas fotos que ponen y es un fraude de parte de expedia promoverlo asi.

Mala experiencia
Para empezar cuando llegue al mostrador, un tipo llamado David atendía, me dijo que mi habitación ya la había asignado a otra persona, después que el sistema estaba caído, estaba cómico el tipo, cuando salió a revisar otra habitación para darme olvido llevarse su llave y tuvo que brincarase el mostrador, en fin, una mala experiencia.... Y olvidaba, no tiene desayuno completo.

En general la ubicación es excelente sin embargo las fotos del hotel en internet eran mucho mejores que la limpieza real de las habitaciones, alfombras muy sucias y no aclara que el servicio de limpieza no esta incluido salvo un pago adicional en la reservación.

We checked shortly after checking in. It was just sketchy. There’s no breakfast, just grab and go like muffins and granola bars. We get to our room and folks was kinda hanging around in the parking lot. There was a crack under the door that would allow bugs to get in. The sofa bed needed to be cleaned. The room wasn’t dirty outside of the rust stain in the shower. A magic eraser would make the tub more presentable. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. There’s no pool. The front desk attendant was very friendly and empathetic. I was able to check out and have my payment refunded. We found a much nicer hotel for the same price 2 miles up the road. There’s no way this hotel should be over $60 per night if that. Not worth the price at all.

It was filthy! smelled terrible and didnt even stay there. will not use Expedia ever again because they didnt help me get my money back because i would subject my family to filth and put them in danger. the hotel said i had to cancel thru expedia? There are other places to use and I will not be using you again!

Ended up not staying at this facility called front desk services directly to facility and the gentleman(word used does not fit) was extremely rude and hung up without even letting myself get information said call the reservation line for their company Which informed me to contact that faculty directly and had to make 3 calls because this man was so unprofessional should not be int the hospitality industry at all. I have been in customer service and even took hospitality courses for business degree and if this person is representing your name as a brand just really ruined it for you. If he is like this with me and I was friendly on the phone how many others is he like this too. Would never stay at the Phoenix,awautukee,Chandler ever and will never recommend it. And I have been to many extended stays with soccer community and this was for a family time stay vacation, and have passed the word to a large soccer community that I have been with for over 15+yrs
