"Pros: Staff was friendly. The beach is clean and right outside of hotel. The beach runs forever & at night you will have a beautiful view of the sunset; all rooms are ocean front; they have a variety of music during the day & night. There are lots of restaurants & music nearby. There are beach waitresses serving drinks/food right to you on the beach. Things to think about before heading there: *The beds/pillows are not comfortable, and the quilts are a little thin and scratchy *There is no beach towel service, so you'll need to exchange them at the front desk to give you clean ones (the towels are thin) * The tap water does not taste good (and I not a tap water snob) *There is no privacy for the lower floor rooms because there are tables for restaurants, and corn hole games, right outside your room making spending time on your balcony an issue (special requests are not followed) * Security gates are left open by the pool area which leads from the street which allows non guests to wander in * The pool is small & seating looks small. It seems fine (I did not use it) *Hotel does need some overall maintenance *There is not a concierge room to clean up after checkout * The onsite cafe is limited in selection & closes at 11:30a * I would say this is suited more for adults * Pro tip: Stop at Walmart /CVS on your way to pick up toiletries - no real stores to get them near hotel ** After checkout, we bought a day pass at Margaritaville for $75 pp and wow! It was so worth it!! "

"This is a beautiful resort. However, they will get you. If the room rate wasn’t enough, the charge $30 per day parking. Outrageous!! Head across the street to The Lighthouse, it is a much better value."

"Biggest problem was no employee speaking English. Kiosk as front desk was fine ,he spoke English,but he had no answers for general hotel questions. Room was clean,comfortable and a welcome place to relax. I will stay there again."

"Room good, clean, amenities as expected. Free parking. Shuttle (by reservation) to clam Pass beach. Shulas steakhouse on premises which was pricey but good food. Pool anc hot tub working. Would stay again."
