"Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!"

The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group."

"We booked this prop early Jan and got confirmations but a no communication back until the day of check in and found out Vrbo booked the same property to someone else on airb&b. So no place to stay for the family and was 10 min out to arrival. We had to sit in a parking lot for a couple of hours trying to find another place open! Vrbo didn’t help us find another place and gave us just two nights hotel stay and was limited amount. Asked to speak with a manger several times and got hung up on once...

"Great relaxing property, very clean and inviting. Open feel; minimal restrictions and good support, if needed. Outside space was excellent with great pool and found the built in grill to be a highlight. Opportunities: Bath towels were very small, only one kitchen hand towel present. No platters or large plates for prepared food. Hot tub would not heat last two days and had to contact property manager to reset. AC would change temps at weird times, but overall had control to make changes. I would...

"We were on the island for a Mother/Daughter weekend getaway. 2 teens and 7 women. The space was perfect. The backyard and pool area kept us well entertained day and night! The kitchen came stocked with all we needed to cook and enjoy a night in. Our host was so kind and friendly! Communication throughout was excellent. I would just note to bring extra towels for a large group if using the pool. "
