The hotel needs renovations especially rooms and bathrooms. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is average, as when I was stuck in the hotel because my flight was delayed for several hours, they didn’t want to offer me late check out even that most of the hotel is empty!

Everything was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We dined at Tanglewood and had some drinks at The Mangrove and everything was pretty good. Everything was pretty nice in the room. I would recommend maybe some extra pillows or blankets to help with comfort. Other than that, we had a good night.

Great pools. Very family friendly. Clean. My wife and kids liked it a lot. Drawbacks are it is expensive and the elevator can take a while sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous hotel in every way. The staff are outstanding especially Ursula who went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel and it’s restaurants are wonderful. It is situated in the middle of beautiful groves with its on private island. Shopping is close by.
