“Just across the street from the pool and best beach areas. Very nice remodeling job at the Bay Inn % Lani Kai. A couple hundred dollars a day less than some others nearby. ”

“We had a nice clean room on the 1st floor with an ocean view, but from 8-5 the view was mostly obscured by 3 rows of large umbrellas all across the hotel property for people to rent. Staff were not unfriendly but they didn’t seem eager to please either, and some were indifferent. It is a very noisy hotel, with music going from 10-9 and it’s very loud (we couldn’t sit in our balcony when it was cranked up). “Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. No beach was available, busy restaurant next door with carts bringing supplies back and forth late into evening and early early morning. 😞”

“The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, right on the water, clean with recently renovated rooms. We went for a girls weekend and loved it! The only thing I can’t rave about was they had very poor water pressure, not sure if it was because we were on an end unit, but it was a trickle out of the shower head which can be a little difficult if you have a lot of hair, no hairdryer in room, and wish they had a full sized mirror in the room. Regardless I would definitely recommend staying there!……

“The check in process was a bit frustrating as if any damages were incurred you would be a 100% responsible, for instance, the blinds. so, I pictured every bent blind, scratch, mark on the wall and sent them to frank our host. he acknowledged and said thanks. unfortunately, this weekend was a cold one. the unit was cold and average temp was like 65, unacceptable for me and my husband. even though the thermostat said 78, it was in the 60,s . the place was clean and everything was in order. will I……
