Great hotel for kids, good buffet restaurant, evening entertainment and multiple pool areas

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very spacious and clean room, amazing pool area and a breakfast buffet with a great variety of tasty and well cooked things to choose from. All the staff we engaged with was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better.

We had a wonderful time at the Asimina, this has got to be one of the nicest 5-start hotels I have stayed, and I have stayed in my fair share. This hotel is well run with spacious rooms. The views are stunning as the hotel sits on a lovely beach facing the sea and is exceptionally clean. hard-working waiters and staff in the dining room. An excellent selection at breakfast and if you choose evening buffet an overwhelming variety of choice and excellent quality food. Looking forward to getting back to suite118 one fine day, which had its own private pool surrounded by flowers, shrubs and very private. We had a well-appointed spacious room with a large bathroom. But what makes this hotel stand out is the staff, who were all polite and extremely professional. A big thank you to the lovely ladies on the reception. The extremely helpful and kind Anna-Maria, together with the lovely Miruna, Laurentiu and Valentina. Thank you all for the bottle of champagne, we very much appreciated it. Lastly a special thank you to the lovely and cheerful Simona, what an asset she is, always smiling and making us laugh whilst working hard cleaning our rooms, what a sweet lady.

We were pleased with the room, the food, the kids club activities, the pools and most of the staff. We found the Odyssey nightclub completed soulless, and it was in the basement with no windows. We were also concerned, if there had had to be a fire evacuation for this reason. There was a lack of communal areas - only the lobby, which was full. The kids club room also had no windows, and a smell of cigarette smoke wafted into the room. However, we enjoyed our holiday and the kids loved all the cats and the kids club staff in the resort. The exercise activities were great too (the gym was tiny though, and the exercise needed replacing).
