Hola!! Si vas de vacaciones a Río el lugar para alojarte es “el Janeiro”. Creo que 5 estrellas es poco. Desde la atención, el servicio, la excelencia de su personal en cada una de las áreas, la mejor ubicación de todo Río y cada detalle demuestra que NADA fue liberado al azar en este hotel. MARAVILLOSO. Gracias, sin duda pronto volveremos.

So location is great, staff are helpful. I have a big problem with the rooms. First room I got has no desk and toilet has problems and the plug is beside the bed. Very weird. I request to change room. Staff was helpful and I got a room with a small desk, and the plug is not near the desk again. Super weird layout. The walls are thin too. Overall an aging property, good for few days if you spend time outdoors if not ... Not so good.
