Good central location
Center point for our activities- Pacific coast, hiking in Olympic, visiting lakes, Dungeness Spit. No TV, grocery stores or restaurants but I would stay here again. Clean, cute & cozy!

Cute little cabin
This cabin was perfect for a place to stay while visiting Olympic National Park and Lake Crescent! Loved the views and the atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

The good, the bad, the ugly
The good: charming cabin, plush towels, snacks The bad: leak in shower, uncomfortable place to sit and read The ugly: Bring your own candle or air freshener to mask the musty mildew smell in the bathroom/laundry room area. I would not recommend using the washer as all of my clothes came out of the wash smelling like fish emulsion.

Getaway for spouse and I
Perfect hidaway that was close to all the out door things we like to do. Loved the bike trial along Lake crescent. Road our ebikes for 20 miles on paved path around the most beautiful lake. With very little people after about the first mile. Loved it! Hiked on Hurricanes ridge. Also, soaked in hot springs at the Sol Duc river. What a wonderful trip. The cabin was perfect for us. No TV, no extras, but clean, quiet, and had what we needed. Really appreciated the little snacks they left for us, and the coffee. Right up the road is a great cafe Granny's. That was convenient.

Gateway to outdoors
A rustic but very clean little cabin that has all your needs like a stove/oven, refrigerator, shower, washer and dryer. It was just close enough to the main town that you could easily swing in for food, supplies or anything else. It also is located in a place that gives you the competitive edge to beat the crowds and long lines getting into Sol Duc or Hoh Rain Forest Parks as we did as long as you can be up and out the door by 8 am. The bed we took was really comfy too.

signage problems. rodent problems.
signage problems. rodent problems. hate to be a debbie downer but we had move after the first night when the mice/rats came out. also, it was damn near impossible to find the place...signage was non existent and the local eatery had no idea there a vrbo even though it was about 200 yards away...even a small sign would have helped.

Great Cabin on Olympic Peninsula
Really enjoyed this great cabin for a weekend while visiting family at Lake Crescent. Very quiet and relaxing. Even had deer roaming nearby outside the front window. Would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone looking to get away.

Great getaway spot for a trip to Olympic

Quaint rustic clean cottage
Finding the turnoff was a bit challenging, don’t do it in the dark. Driving up, we were a bit nervous as the exterior doesn’t well represent the inside of the cabin. Nonetheless, all reservations were gone after we entered the cute little cottage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (comfortable bed & pillows, fully stocked kitchen, heater & A/C, laundry) although no internet or TV, but our cellular hotspot took care of our need for connection. The big windows facing the pasture & woods allowed us to indulge in the beautiful natural surroundings. Proximity to Lake Crescent and Port Angeles made the location ideal for our needs. Granny’s Place only does take out, so for a sit down meal you need PA or LC.

Clean Cozy Cabin
This cute cabin was perfect for my husband and me, peaceful with floor to ceiling windows and nice views of trees and greenery. Great location central to many hikes yet not far from town. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful secluded space
Nice rustic feeling but very comfortable with a nice kitchen and shower, washer & dryer, close to Lake Crescent and Port Angeles, feels secluded but right off the highway for convenient access. All communication was easy and we had a wonderful time!

Clean and comfortable cabin in an excellent location
We found the cabin to be clean and comfortable, which was just what we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, easy distances to park entrances and the walking distance to granny's cafe was a huge perk. We only wish that there was wifi (although it was advertised that there was not). As far as safety, I would have been more comfortable with a more substantial deadbolt on the back door. Overall we would stay again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Family vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Olympic peninsula. The cabin was perfect for what we needed and was nice and clean. Having a kitchen to make our meals and being able to do a load of laundry before heading home was great. The location worked out for the hikes we wanted to do. Will consider coming back again!

20th Anniversary Getaway
The cabin was clean and well organized. Location was very convenient for visiting Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent and also the Blackball Ferry to Victoria. Had a wonderful stay. Driveway is a bit tricky to find!

Nice weekend place but not for long stays
We were a bit disappointed, thus the 4 star rating, there could be at least one comfortable chair to sit and relax in, the small table was fine but the chairs were terribly uncomfortable, we reserved and paid for 14 nights we left after 11 nights, no Wi Fi and no TV it was difficult to keep up with the news and weather. The location was good, close to the highway but very little noise. Grannies cafe was a disappointment, no indoor seating, it is hard to eat standing in a parking lot with a foam takeout box. That has nothing to do with the rental property but was thought of as a plus being so close to the rental property. We felt the front steps could be a real trip hazard, stone and high steps for seniors.

Private cozy cottage
If you're looking for a secluded studio cottage close to lake crescent and the nation park, this is a great choice. The location just has nothing around to walk to being right on the highway, driving required. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, grill outside for burgers. Would be nice to have a fire pit outside though for roasting marshmallows. Rustic outside but clean and appealing inside. Overall enjoyed our stay.

No wifi or TV but very quaint & peaceful.
May 2022 - location is near everything. Within 10 min of lake crescent, with 20 min of Marymere Falls & within 45 -60 minutes of HOH rainforest & beach. I didn’t read the description accurately & was surprised there was no wifi or Tv. I made do & still had a nice trip. The only other concern is that I would have preferred the home have deadbolts for security only because I travelled solo. I think I would have felt more safe/sound being tucked away off a main road. The back door lock was more like a gate lock. Other than this, the place was clean & in a close proximity to hikes.

Perfect getaway
The house was a clean, quaint, and rustic and just what we were looking for on our anniversary nature adventure. Communication with Linda was clear and easy and she made sure we had everything we needed, down to some welcome chocolates for my sweet tooth. My only regret is that we did not stay longer!

great spot
the cabin was perfect for just myself and my dog. the kitchen was set up nicely, there's a faux fireplace and a portable A/C unit, and the beds are super comfy. There is a nice space out front with a grill, and a nice little screened porch (which admittedly needs a little TLC). The front has large floor to ceiling windows to take in the natural beauty. The cabin was closer to the highway than I expected, so traffic noise can be noticeable, but is not constant. Inside space maybe a little small for multiple people to spend a lot of time in, but with the outside space and location, about half way between Port Angeles and Lake Crescent, it's a great home base.

Beautiful well appointed cabin
This is a perfect base to explore Olympic National Park. We cooked several meals and the cabin had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, the washer and dryer was a big bonus and the cabin was spotless.

Great cabin with easy access to Olympic Peninsula

We had a great stay. The property was a little hard to find and there is no address numbers listed on the cabin itself, it should have. We stayed 3 nights. The beds were comfy and it had a nice kitchen, it was very clean. I hear that there were check out instructions by the washer/dryer but we never saw them, I didnt do laundry while there. I also heard because of this housekeeping said we left it a mess. I loaded the dishwasher, swept the floor and took out all garbage. I guess we were supposed to wash the linens. It would help to have a little book with all instructions visable so we would know what to do. Great location, lots to do!

This was the perfect location for exploring the North Penninsula. Excellent access to everything. The cabin was exactly as described. It was comfortable with all we needed to cook and launder after long days exploring. We would definitely book again!

Loved staying in this cute cabin for a couple nights with my husband and 1 1/2 yr old. Had everything we needed and was so peaceful. Granny's Cafe was delicious! Not far to drive to Port Angeles for the day and close to several trailheads. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Wonderful cabin to explore Olympic National Park
We had fantastic stay at this adorable cabin, right in the heart of Olympic National Park. The location was great - 10 minutes from Lake Crescent, 45 minutes from Hurricane Ridge, and at least part of the way to the Hoh Rain Forest. It was really nice to have Granny’s Cafe right nearby for breakfast, ice cream, and pies. The cabin itself had everything we needed and plenty of space - and it is secluded from the road in a little patch of trees and wildflowers. We would love to stay here again.
