Location was very convenient to the facility I was working at. I work nights so sleeping during the day is crucial…bed was very comfortable and location was quiet…if the location had thicker curtains over the blinds it would have been perfect…so 4.9 out of 5 only because I like pitch black rooms

Delightful Studio Accommodation’s
1st off, located in a beautiful area of renovated Victorian Homes… a historical area. Close to the library and the Courthouse all within walking distance. The Unit has a great kitchen, fully stocked with any type of pan needed. Plenty of towels, plus paper products and the ambiance is top notch. A delightful little back-yard. Pets allowed..Mia loved it! Plus a s beautiful little patio filled with potted plants, Tiger Lilly’s, Foxglove, Roses…. Just beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent & Accurate Description, Relaxing Property
The manager, Bonnie is a very considerate & kind person. The property is very nice with a small backyard with singing birds! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need including a w/d. I stayed in the studio cottage with my little dog & we have been delighted with it. The cottage is very clean, and Bonnie makes you feel very welcome. I stayed an extra week, and may have to stay another week & Bonnie has been very accommodating. The overall location is on Mt. Vernon street which is also a gorgeous place. Parking & motion sensitive lighting make it very safe. I would stay here again & highly recommend this property & manager.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage - just enough space for us with our dog, and the fenced in yard for him was a huge plus! Everything was clean and well stocked! We’ll definitely look for this again the next time we are visiting!

Prescott Cottage
Great little place that was reasonably priced. The location is great, this cottage is located in a beautiful historic community. I've stayed in Prescott many times both in rentals and hotels, I was happy with this choice. Owner was quick on responding with my last minute reservation and was helpful and kind to my needs.

Perfect!
Spotless, comfortable - albeit small - apartment, located just 1/2 mile from Courthouse Square and the many shops and restaurants nearby. It's easily walkable, if you're ok with hills. If you're not, it's a 2 minute car ride and easy parking. Plenty of towels and linens provided, and a full array of kitchen utensils and supplies are on hand. Fridge is large and relatively new -plenty of room for whatever you need it for. Property owner/manager Bonnie provides a multi-page doc with all you need to know re check-in (which was painless/seamless) and other details about the apartment proper as well as favorite restaurants and other nearby neighborhood features. There are also lots of brochures and menus on hand to get you familiar with all that's available. And she is unfailingly quick to respond and helpful, should you email her with any questions. About the only thing she can't help you with is the weather :) Thru-the-wall a/c unit keeps the space cool and there are fans, too, if you prefer a quieter solution to combat summer heat. Plenty of drawers and closet space, too, if you're staying awhile. And the shared washer/dryer combo is a really nice convenience. There's even detergent and dryer sheets! A definite stay-again.

Wonderful Stay!!!!
Comfortable and clean cottages!!! This was my second stay here. This visit our family took a mini vacation and we stayed at all 3 cottages on the property. We totally enjoyed our family evening where we made use of the lighted patio and grill. Quiet neighborhood! Easy walk to downtown festivities and restaurants. Bonnie as usual was an excellent hostess!!

Loved the stay...looking forward to the next time
The stay could have not been anymore perfect. The amenities were far above some of the other places that I have stayed. The parking can be tricky as the drive way can be easily missed if not paying attention. As well as the amount of parking spots if someone decides to take up two spaces. Luckily we just parked on the driveway close to the patio area. I will definitely stay here again as it was close to the square and other places to visit.

Lovely clean and quiet with a quaint courtyard and great location. Communication with the property owner was very easy and enjoyable. Bonnie was friendly and warm. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located
Directions and check-in instructions were spot-on. It's a small space, but well thought out. All the comforts of home, just in a smaller footprint. Table to dine at, or work on your computer from. Loveseat for reading, watching tv, or just gazing out the window. Speaking of tv - it's a real cable hook-up, with a lot of stations you'll be familiar with, as opposed to a streaming service offering up fare some may find less entertaining. Closet has more than enough drawers and hangers for all your things, and there's an iron and ironing board if you need 'em (I did not). Washer and dryer in a space shared with one other cottage even has detergent and dryer sheets. Nice convenience. A/C unit works well, and the various table lamps provide plenty of light. Bathroom is small, but, like the rest of the unit, spotless and well-appointed. Queen bed was considerably softer than I prefer, but comfortable. Really nothing that absolutely needs improving. Room gets lots of afternoon sun. There are blinds and curtains to keep it out to varying degrees, if you want/need to. Location is very convenient to Courthouse Plaza, where much of the commerce of interest to out-of-towners is situated. It's probably not much more than a half mile away, but there's a pretty long and fairly steep hill to be negotiated and the walk back up it might not be to everyone's liking. The good news is, there's plenty of free parking to be found at the bottom, so you can ride down and then take your walking tour from there. And the guest information book contains lots of good info on nearby things to do and places to eat. 100% stay again.

This is such a cute little Cottage. They have all the amenities you can think of. It was spotless and very impressive. Short walk to the Courthouse and Whiskey Row. Surrounded by beautiful Historical homes. We would definitely stay hear again. We highly recommend the Birch Cottage.

Better than expected.
Mark and Laurie were very responsive before arrival. Mark met up with us to give us extra sheets for my dog and was such a nice person. The unit was even better in person than I was expecting. Extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The shared backyard was a great addition since we brought our dog and was nice to sit down outside. Very close to downtown Prescott area (10 minute walk) I look forward to returning.

Perfect in every way!
This studio cottage was in a perfect location. The street was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and we were able to walk to downtown Prescott easily. We also were able to walk to Acker Park with our dog which has a lovely path with great views. When we arrived at the cottage late in the evening the lights were on and we were thrilled to see how clean it was during the ongoing pandemic. We had hand sanitizer, masks, and everything we might have needed during our stay. The holiday decor was also a wonderful touch!

Practically Perfect!
This cozy cottage is conveniently located for walking, strolling, sauntering or ambling around the Historic District and all its delights. It's also near Ackers Park for a quick and bracing hike on a rolling trail among mountain mahogany, manzanita...and the occasional coyote. Birch Cottage is pretty, comfortable and well-appointed. My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights of peaceful rest and 5 days of FUN on our own when we weren't happily visiting with family (GRANDKIDS!!!) nearby. Loved every moment!

Wonderful Studio cottage
We stayed for 5 nights. The property exceeded all of our expectations. We will be staying there again when we visit Prescott, no need to look elsewhere. Owners are very personable, neighborhood is exceptional. Fenced grass backyard is very private and the shared patio is set up extremely comfortable. Off street parking is a plus. Walking Distance to downtown. What a wonderful place to stay. Owners have this place set up with anything and everything you could need including many extras you will not find at other places.
