“I booked this stay for my dad and I during our trip to Big Bend not knowing what to expect. We absolutely loved our experience at Ten Bits Ranch. It had an old western ghost town vibe that we enjoyed very much. Each cabin had a unique name and set up. Ours was called “The Bank”. The property was surrounded various mountains with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Not to mention an extraordinary view of the stars at night! “Loved it! Amazing night sky and able to walk around the area. Great cantina for cooking as restaurants are 20-40 min away. The 2 mile road to get there is the only downfall as it’s just caliche rock but -if no rain- a medium size car and small suv will be fine. But that 2 miles off the main road contributes to the isolation and beautiful sky. ”

“We loved our stay! The Freight Office was spacious for 2 people and super cute. I like that there was also an public kitchen that had a stove and a grill. We had a lot of fun using the grill to make food after our hikes. The views from our stay at Ten Bits Ranch were stunning and the area was super quiet even with other guest staying there. “We really enjoyed our stay at the dome. The dome is small but still spacious. There are 2 plug outlets that can hold only cell phone/tablet/watch. No cell phone service (tmobile). The host did a really good job at giving instructions on how to get to the property as we lost cell service. The entrance to Big Bend is 20 minutes. The seclusion of the property was great! I would stay again if we decide to visit another time. ”

"The location is only 4 minutes drive to Big Bend which is a big plus for us. We stayed there 4 nights, and the host is responsive and keep the trash in our room cleaned every day. The check in and check out thrue texting is also convenient for us because we check in late and check out early thanks to the smart door lock. The layout is practical and in room appliances (microwave, fridge, hair blower) are also help us staying in there for easy breakfast and dinner. Overall, I recommend this place. "
