Perfect Stay!
The view was better in person if that can be possible. The beach clean and quiet. The unit stocked with all the essentials. Pull out couch in livingroom very comfortable and the location is amazing! Easy 1 minute walk to restaurants, stores and shops. Linda definitely went above and beyond with our stay.

The condo is ideally located in Puerto Adventuras, on the beach with amazing views and within walking distance to most places. Linda is an amazing host and the place is well equipped and comfortable. There were even treats and some cervaza when we arrived. Look forward to staying there next January.

A little slice of heaven!
This is the most beautiful location I've ever been to! It has the most perfect view, you're steps from the beach and close to all the shops, restaurants and dolphins! The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals if we chose to. The host, Linda, was amazing! She had a welcome basket with fruit and goodies for us upon arrival, scheduled us the most amazing massages, and was there for us whenever we needed something. 10/10 recommend this place! We'll definitely be coming back!!

This place has been our favorites out of our travels. I can't think of any negatives to this property. The host was amazing and communicated with us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to help us out even providing a few staples as our flight got in late. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Absolute Paradise!
The second we walked into the room, it was fantastic! The whole place was decorated in beach decor and the breeze was wonderful. There was a welcome basket that was a really nice treat including fresh fruit and snacks. We had the best nights sleep as well. We will definitely be back!!

What a great place

Beautiful and Convenient
This was our 2nd time staying here and we were just as pleased as the first. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Linda is an amazing host that we enjoy finding on the beach for some catching up. We think this will be an annual trip for us!

Paradise
Staying at Linda’s was our first time in Puerta Aventuras, and it’s now our new favorite spot in Mexico! It’s a self-contained community with a beautiful beach, pool, golf course, dolphin cove (yes, real dolphins you can swim with), restaurants and shops. Plus, to get to Linda’s place, you go through 2 sets of security guards, very safe! Linda was delightful to communicate with, and her home has everything you could need for a comfortable stay including things like beach floats, goggles and snorkels. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to make a great meal or enjoy a tasty beverage. The bed and the sofa were so comfortable, and she provides plenty of towels, blankets and linens. Very thoughtful. Also, it truly is right on the beach. You’re steps away from having your toes in the sand! We can’t wait to go back and visit!!! Enjoy your stay!

The perfect beach getaway
We had a great time! We were looking for a relaxing vacation and.Linda’s condo was perfect! Clean, comfy bed, and steps from the beach. We really enjoyed floating in the calm ocean (floats were available in the condo) and laying under the palapa reading. We rented a car but it really was not necessary as there are many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely come back! Thanks Linda!!

Nice beach condo
I stayed 4 nights at this beach front property, and first of all, it is a very safe area for families, there a really nice and clean beach right in front, no seaweed, also it’s mainly the people who are staying who visit the calm stretch of water. There a great swimming pool also. Linda is a very nice hostess, she left some delicious snacks for us. Highly recommended, only about an hour and 15-20 minutes from airport. Not noisy, no crazy partying, laidback vibe.

Amazing!
Linda’s property is just a few short steps from the beach which made it the perfect spot. The view from the apartment is stunning and you can hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment is in a really neat gated community, there is no need to leave if you don’t wish. There are taxis and communal transportation that will take you just about any point of interest. We rented a car and in hindsight, it was not needed because of all the different transportation options. Would come back without hesitation!

View for days! This condo does not disappoint on sea views! You are beach front! The host, Linda, had everything we needed and more for our stay. The best welcome basket we have ever received. Lovely area with tons of restaurants. We will be going back!

The place was very nice and right on the beach. Beach was clean and not crowded. It may have been due to the time of the year (May). Owner was very nice. The unit had everything you need like towels, bottled water and kitchen stuff. The town was great. Lots of food and drink options. Area was VERY safe. No complaints. Will be back next year, if possible.

Wonderful vacation in an amazing place
This was our first time in Mexico not staying at an all-inclusive and our host, Linda, made it so easy and enjoyable. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a wonderful view -- just as pictured. The beach is literally steps out the door and is beautiful with its trees, soft sand and clear water. We went to relax and this was perfect. We did not rent a car and only used a taxi once to go to the grocery store and it was a very easy process. The taxi drivers are obviously very used to this request. Restaurants and shops are all steps away with a really nice variety of food options. The community feels very safe. We were out walking at night and always felt comfortable. A special thanks to Linda for the snacks and coconut water when we arrived. It was a great way to start our vacation after a long day of traveling. Linda was fantastic at answering all my questions. The drive and massage she recommended were wonderful. A great vacation all the way around!

We had such a wonderful stay on the beach. Linda's condo was clean and had everything we needed. Because it is a gated community, we were able to sit on the beach at night. It was such a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful vacation!
The condo is spacious for a one bedroom because the bedroom is large and quite separate from the kitchen, dining and living room area. The condo is clean and modern with beautiful views out the front windows. The small deck is comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean:heavenly! Chac Hal Al is excellent: safe, well maintained, great pool and beach. Linda is very nice and available so we enjoyed meeting her. Pre Checkin was a hassle as Linda communicated to our personal email but neglected to tell us she wasn’t posting on VRBO website. Her emails went to my junk mail and I had no idea. That’s the only problem we experienced, everything else was a pleasure.

Chac Hal Al - Stunning!
Chac Hal Al and this lovely condo are absolutely perfect! We recently enjoyed an entire month here and can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo is perfect with spectacular views of the beach and beautiful Fatima Bay. The swimming, snorkeling and beach lounging are as good as it gets. The private beach areas, palapas and loungers are in perfect condition and the staff keep the beach areas well-groomed and clean. Linda is a wonderful host who is always accessible and very helpful. No details are overlooked - Lots of fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and bottled water always in stock. Even a great supply of books and some first aid supplies if needed. We highly recommend Linda's condo at Chac Hal Al for your vacation!

Book it! Linda has the best vrbo we have stayed in anywhere and we’ve travelled everywhere. She has thought of everything right down to ice cubes in the freezer and even some over the counter general medications in the kitchen that are often hard to come by when you are caught off guard while on vacation. My husband and I spent six nights at this oceanfront condo. Despite some issues with the AC in the bedroom and it having to be replaced one afternoon while we were there, everything else was magnificent. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and we really didn’t even have to leave the condo as the bay windows open and you see the ocean/beach and you feel like you are on it (great for my husband who is a ginger). It’s exactly as pictured - spotless and the perfect beach getaway. Linda even has a library of books to take your mind of your cares. Wifi was awesome. We booked it again for next year before we left.

Fabulous stay! Don’t think twice, book it!
You will not be disappointed staying here. Beautiful location. Great view from the balcony. Absolutely perfect. The beach and pools are great. You can snorkel right from the shore. The town has wonderful restaurants. You could sit on this beach forever and be perfectly happy but you don’t have to. It’s a great location to explore in any direction. Linda is a sweetheart and wealth of information. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars down the board is we had some difficulty checking in. We were already in Mexico coming here from another location. Unfortunately I did not get the check-in details and my phone was not going through to Linda. But we worked it out and we couldn’t have been happier. My advice is to make sure you have the check-in info prior to arriving to Mexico in case you have telecom issues. We will be back for sure! Thank you Linda for everything!

One of the few places we stayed so far with stunning view and instant access to a superb beach. The condo fits perfect for families and even single travellers. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable you find available by the owner. View of Paradise
This unit was my favorite VRBO rental to date. The condo is spotlessly clean and is decorated so beautifully. Our host, Linda, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and created such personalized special touches for us. We enjoyed meeting her and now think of her as a friend. Puerto Aventuras is a wonderful, safe little community with so much available to do within walking distance. This unit was right in the heart of it all, yet was quiet and very private. A perfect beach getaway
We stayed for 5 nights in Puerto and loved it! This rental was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. We loved the easy walk to the beach and the restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the wildlife. The location was safe and the pictures are very accurate. We will definitely come back. It’s a perfect slice of heaven.

The perfect escape!
From the moment Avelino Cash dropped us off at Linda's condo we knew we had made a good choice. The condo was exactly as advertised. Wonderful views, great amenities and a comfortable environment. Linda has thought of everything from a well supplied kitchen, towels aplenty both beach and everyday, comfortable couch for watching movies when it rains, comfortable bed for sleeping in or naps after a day at the beach. The condo has a water cooler that uses 5 gallon water bottles so no need to buy water. You will find coffee, muffins, cervaza and other snacks for your arrival in case you get in late and not able to stop by the store. My husband and I have been to Mexico many times and had almost written it off for vacationing permanently until our stay in PA. This was the most enjoyable and relaxing week that we have had in many years. We wished we had booked a longer stay. We also enjoyed our beach discussions with Linda as she shared the history of the community. Speaking of the community, so nice being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. There is also a dolphin exploratory and golf course within walking distance plus other attractions that are an inexpensive taxi away. Another plus is it is a very safe contained community with a gate and security personnel. We loved our week at Linda's condo so if you are wanting a great place to stay that is directly on the beach with amazing views plus offers the comforts of home this is your place! **Oh, I forgot to add book a massage with Araceli it was incredible! My husband and I get monthly massages in the states...absolutely the best massage we have ever had.**

Loved our stay here!
Linda thought of everything for the condo, from beach apparatus down to countless beach towels. The view was spectacular, and we so appreciated the proximity to everything we needed (beach, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, etc.) Linda often checked in but we were unable to actually meet her (next time!). I highly recommend this condo for two people!

The online listing and photos were very accurate. The location was ideal and secure. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay was soooo relaxing and easy. The condo is perfect. Linda, your recommendations and suggestions are spot on. The massage was wonderful. Snorkeling just outside breakwaters and at the reef just beyond was good and easy access. I highly recommend this property and really miss my morning coffee on the balcony looking out on the water.

Wonder vacation!
The apartment is exactly as it is pictured. The view is stunning the location is perfect. Puerto Aventuras has so much to offer restaurants, yoga, tennis and is a close taxi ride to many local attractions. Linda, the host, is so helpful, she came me over to us on the beach, just to say hello and make sure all is well, we really enjoyed chatting with her. She is there if you need her and willing to offer assistance. Just ask if she can help she will! I can not wait to return!

Perfect Lil' Place
Place = Very comfy King bedroom w/ ceiling fan, living room with 2 large couches, perfect for napping/sleeping w/ ceiling fan, single bathroom w/ WI shower. Small galley kitchen with all utensils, toaster oven, flat top stove, blender, large frig/freezer and table settings. Location = Situated on Fatima Bay, the windows allowed for flow thru breezes, no need for AC. 3 minute walk to a dozen plus restaurants and several stores for your daily needs and medical supplies. More restaurants a few minutes farther. The marina and dolphinarium sprawling throughout. On the quite side of Chac Hal Al condos, 60 second walk to the gentle beach and beautiful bay. Owner = Very friendly and a very helpful host, Linda was easy to see face to face and she provided much useful information about the area, transportation and interesting easy day trips. Beach = Private, quite, gentle, sandy beach and some rocky places too. Lined with palms, palapas and lounge chairs. 2 Pools = Private with great views to the south and west to the sunsets. I really enjoyed this place and booked for 2023. Perfect Lil' Place

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing vacation ever.
This was our first time to Puerto Aventuras and it will not be the last time. All the communication via email that we had with Linda (the VRBO owner) was very clear and she answered all the questions we had. Everything you read about this condo and the area is spot on. First of all when we arrived Linda ( The VRBO owner)had a beautiful welcome basket with pineapple, mango, avacodoes, chocolates, chips etc. she also had some goodies in the fridge and so appreciated all of that after our travels. Her condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, wash cloths, bedding and the kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. Linda also came down to the beach after a few days that we were there to introduce herself. This was a very nice touch to meet the owner of the condo that we were renting. She also introduced us to some couples that have been long time renters in the same complex. We were very impressed with all the staff and all their hard work every day to keep this area cleaned and beautifully manicured. This gated community has everything you need such as groceries, drug store, liquor stores, shops and restaurants. Everyone is super helpful and kind. We also went deep sea fishing with AAA Charters & Adventures. We caught more fish then we couple possibly eat so we shared the rest with the crew and gave some to Linda. The charter service did an excellent job and we would hire them again. Don’t forget to rent some bikes so you can explore this entire beautiful area. Bring your snorkel gear to see some awesome fish and the coral Reff’s. Go to the Beach club next door and have the most delicious margarita ever. This is just another beautiful, safe and peaceful place created by God.

Everything was lovely. The view was amazing. Location too. Close to everything you need including a covid test for your return flight. Linda arranged for transportation and massages. Which I highly recommend.

What a great place to enjoy the beach!
So, you're sick of the cold and gray? Need a dose of "Vitamin Sea"? This is the place! You could literally fall off the second story balcony onto the beach. (Not that I recommend that.) There is a palapa immediately below the living room. Get there early and enjoy your coffee. Linda is a fantastic host. She patiently answers all your questions. She may drop by your beach chairs for a chat to make sure everything is OK. (She has a trick for knowing who you are.) But, she's never intrusive. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks from the hotel's dive shop next door. You can't hike to a little cenote that's about 1.5 miles away (although the locals don't consider it a 'real' cenote) and see a small temple ruins there. Watch out for croocodiles! (We didn't see a single one.) In the interest of full disclosure, there is a Yoga studio next door. On a positive note, that means you only have to walk a few feet if you want to take a Yoga class. We weren't bothered by the Yoga classes. We were too busy enjoying everything else.

Very accommodating owner and great location
We had a great vacation despite some rain. The unit and location is great and Linda was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Snorkeling trips were great. We had some minor issues with the directions to the stove and the bedroom AC unit operating easily, but overall we would highly recommend Linda and her place.

Thank you Greg for the feedback. There were extra batteries in the drawer for the A/C. Glad you told me that's all it was. I appreciate you letting me know. The stove worked fine once you were able to locate the directions. Glad these were all easy fixes and you enjoyed your stay. Also, thanks for the information on the snorkel trips I will pass it along to other guests. Stay warm and safe.

Beautiful beach, wonderful place!
We just spent 8 nights at Linda's delightfully charming beachfront condo. The place is ideally located in the best part of PA. Steps away to the best beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Linda has thought of everything needed for a perfect stay! Beautifully decorated, she goes over and above to ensure you have everything you may need or desire and then some. We are already planning to return as soon as possible! If you are looking for the perfect getaway with that special touch from a special host, this is the spot! Get the massage! Eat at Pelican Point, Dos Chili's, La Caleta and 081. We bought fish, Wahoo, off the boat and Dos Chili's cooked for us! Thank you Linda! Feliz Navidad! 🎄🎅❤

Linda is an incredible host - so thoughtful and attentive. The accommodations were perfect … amazing beach, good variety of restaurants close by, and tons of activity options. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely AMAZING!
This was a exceptional stay! The location, the condo itself, the view, the amenities, the host and owner of the condo - all of it! We have nothing but good things to say. The condo is decorated in a simple, but lovely style. It was very clean and the couches and bed were all very comfortable. There were many small touches that made the stay special: motion lights outside the door and inside the condo to keep us from stumbling around in the dark, the rugs on either side of the bed so you’re not stepping onto the cold floor, ample towels and washcloths, hooks to hang things on, 3 sets of keys, ice and cold cups, drinking water, etc. The host, Linda, was so sweet and accommodating. She turned the lights on for us before we arrived in the evening. She checked in and stayed in touch with us during our time in the condo. She arranged massages and dinner for our anniversary. It was truly an amazing time. We can’t wait to return!
