The room was beautiful - all stone. Well equipped with coffee machine with plenty of pods, large bottle of water each day and a fridge, hairdryer and toiletries. Excellent digital check in and room key. Breakfast was great - at the restaurant adjoining the hotel. Could not fault our stay.

The staff was kind (except one lady at the front desk on Thursday around 1pm) She had a bad attitude and acting very arrogant. Jonathan was very helpful and kind, he serves a raise. The room itself did not feel like 5 star, no toiletries, only 2 cans of water, bad quality bed, very thin duvet, etc. The spa is very nice although not everything works. Overall OK hotel but not the 5* experience and thus overpriced.
