"My husband booked this place for my birthday, and we had such a great stay! I had read some of the older reviews and was a little worried, so I even brought my own shower curtain, towels, and bed sheets. But I was pleasantly surprised! The shower appears to have been recently remodeled and was very clean.The only minor issue was a little discoloration on the kitchen sink, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Love Shack 2. I highly recommend this place!The host was very responsive, answered the phone, and was always helpful with our questions. I’ll definitely be sharing this place with my friends and family for future stays! 殺"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Quinault Lodge! It’s a charming, historic lodge with a cozy atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the lodge restaurant during our stay. The only minor issues we experienced were with some of the room amenities. The shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were empty, but luckily we had brought our own. The hand soap was also running low, although there was enough to get us through our stay. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper in the room either, but when I stopped by the front desk to ask for some, they had it delivered to our room very quickly. Overall, these were very minor things and didn’t take away from our experience. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and loved the charm and peaceful setting of Lake Quinault Lodge. It was a wonderful stop during our Olympic Peninsula trip!"

"Ian was absolutely amazing - he went above and beyond for us. He called us beforehand to advise us how to order the food since we were arriving right at closing time for both the hotel and the restaurant, and made sure we got everything set up smoothly. On top of that, he was incredibly polite and kind. Highly recommend!"

"This was our 4th year staying there and as always we loved it. Love the quick walk to the beach... the dogs loved it. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of stuff to explore in the closets - kites, wetsuits, rain jackets, rubber boots, games and more... so well equipped. Happy to find hairspray when I forgot mine! While you can't count on an essential, you might get lucky! Kitchen is very well equipped including quite of bit of spices and herbs, some oil, vinegars. Again, can't count on it, but so nice to have on hand for spontaneous meals or avoid a run to the store. It is very quiet there, beach is wide open and people are respectful about their dogs behavior... many on leash or so busy playing with sticks or a ball that they have no interest in our on leash mildly reactive dog. Do bring your own ice as the icemaker is not working at this time. Perhaps the owner will supply some ice cube trays in the meantime."

"We had the best time in this sweet home! The privacy of backing up to the wooded area was so nice and proximity to shopping and the beach was top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it fit our family so perfectly! We didn’t want to leave and will for sure return at some point in the coming years. Sweet memories were made and we are so thankful!"
