I'm sorry you were not happy with your room at Pandora. There is no complimentary tea or coffee left in the rooms but if you had asked at the bar the staff would have accommodated you with either a teabag or a coffee sachet. 2 bottles of water per day are put in each roo so I'm very sorry you didn't receive yours. Again the barstaff would have dealt with this. I apologise for your rooms not being ready also and if they were still dirty from the previous guests then a word with reception again would have dealt with the problem.

We're sorry you didn't like the room at Pandora. If there was problem with a "smelly" bathroom and you had informed the staff the problem would have been rectified. As far as we are aware none of the furniture is wrecked but we will now carry out a detailed room inspection. Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review

All Pandora guests were given plenty of notice and there were signs all over the resort. Essential electrical works were being carried out and it was unavoidable. We feel we took every necessary step to pre-warn customers.
