Good stay

Great location (near University) for graduation event. Clean, quiet, well stocked with the basic needs. We found our home away from home.

This place is fabulous. It's super close to campus. The owner takes great care of it and really has a nice property that is great to stay out. Will definitely seek this out next time I visit Rexburg.

It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the bed rooms one for the adults and one for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with supplies so we cook our breakfast. We are are definitely coming back.

Great Place
Super nice apartment!! I’m very impressed with the cleanliness. Also I like how the kitchen is stocked with breakfast ingredients. We would definitely stay here again. Kinda sad we are only staying one night!!

Wonderful Comfortable Clean Home!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...NEVER AGAIN!
This was the worst experience of my life! I paid $267 on the site, when I got there the owner charged me ANOTHER $254! She said that $175 was a deposit for damages and then the rest was the cleaning FEE! Rules: If you have trash take it to dumpster behind the building, if you use dishes wash, dry put away, dirty towels in the bath when done. Previous tenant's trash still in the trash can, food left in the fridge, a blow up bed for accommodations for the 3rd person in the seating area! Air conditioner was LOUD, bathroom fan was LOUD, television did not come with instructions and was complicated, there is a huge step to get into the tub. They shot fireworks and played loud music until 12 AM! Every time someone passed by the front door the light flashes on the knob to let you know there could be an intruder, with them partying all night long, no way could you sleep on the airbed! This is not even a hotel like it is labeled and the extra charge on my card says AUTO! This is NOT an example of being fair in your dealings with fellow man...really sad.

I question this guests mental stability, highly. From the moment this guest arrived she had odd comments with an attitude and showed no respect toward me. I am a SUPER HOST and have hosted hundreds of guests and have never been disrespected like this before by any of them. She accused me of things and called me and my husband thieves because she didn't bother to read the policies when she was making her reservation. She was refunded the refundable damage deposit after she departed. All or most short term rentals charge guests a refundable damage deposit to cover any loss or damages which will be refunded if there are no damages or losses. I always go the extra mile for all my guests and go beyond when cleaning for guests. My track record over the years speaks for itself. I always receive the HIGHEST STAR rating from my guests for a CLEAN, and SPOTLESS B&B, etc. The weekend this guest stayed was a holiday weekend and she was told of the fireworks and music that would be happening in the neighborhood which ended at 11 p.m. There were no complaints from other guests. The flashing lights she speaks about must be from the other apartment complex next door because we have no such lights. We are located on a hill in a very quiet upper-class neighborhood. We offer short-term and long-term rentals and have been told by other guests that we are great and better than a hotel. We offer EXCEPTIONAL service. We provide breakfast meals and other goodies, and amenities for our guests— our kitchens are fully equipped and the apartment are fully furnished. There were four guests in her party and I provided a King size bed and a Queen size air mattress so they would be more comfortable instead of a twin sofa bed. I offered to change the bed and she refused my offer. I never had a guest who didn’t know how to work a T.V., but not all of us are electronically inclined and of course my husband helped her figured it. We tried to meet all her needs and desires but there was nothing that we could do to please her. I have never had a guest complain about the fan or AC before, so to me it seem as if this guest is finding fault for little to no reason just to let me and my apartment look bad. How we were treated by this guest was unbelievably wrong.
