The staff were lovely but we only stayed for one night and unfortunately the room stank of cigarettes in the morning (clearly someone had been smoking just outside it) the staff came to check and were apologetic but we weren't offered compensation. We also found an old sock that had been left there. Again we told the staff and they apologised but nothing further.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!

Room was clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good. Located in a great part of London with a very cool vibe. The area was close to Liverpool Street station and felt very safe for me, as a solo female traveller. I will definitely stay there again as it was excellent value for money
